Doctor Naylor and his staff are extremely professional, kind and empathetic with their patients. I’ve travelled all over and have lived in big cities, and Comfort and Care easily compares with a fancy dental practice in Charlotte or elsewhere, but it’s in Lincolnton!
Doctor Naylor is very honest with his patients. I had an old filling that needed to be replaced and he was clear that it was very close to the root and there was a risk I may need a root canal in the future. That was a few years ago and so far, no root canal! Doctor Naylor is very skilled but also honest, which I appreciated. Other dentists may not even have tried to fill it and told me I needed a root canal!
I had a great experience and am happy that they are my dental practice!

I can’t say enough good things about the staff. Everyone is so friendly and they do their best to make you feel comfortable, from the front desk to the dentist’s chair. My children actually look forward to going to the dentist and I don’t mind it either!

This is a great office with honest and kind staff. They have always been understanding when I am a tiny bit late. Always try to work within my budget and help me with the best way to keep three kids mouths healthy. Which isn't easy with teenagers!

This was last summer, but thanks for fixing my tooth while I was 6 to 8 months pregnant. My tooth wouldn't have broke if the last dentist didn't wait 6 years to get my wisdom teeth out. Due to that my gums didn't heal right and therefore I couldn't get to my tooth right to brush. Anyway, thanks for fixing my tooth.
