What an experience! Was nervous about this appointment.. It's been a while....however, my first contact was with Rhonda who was fantastic! She walked me thru
Covid protocol which put me at ease...she then set me up with hygienist Cheryl..who was amazing! Finally, I was seen by Dr. Pastoor who was not only professional but open, direct, and comforting! My sincere Thanks goes out to all of them that made my day and took very good care of me.See you on my next appointment!

The staff at Dr. Jones' Smile Center are exceptionally kind and professional. They are skilled and talented authorities of their field. The accommodations are adequate, but it's the staff that keep me coming back. They are truly pleasant and enjoyable.

Honestly this is the worst dental experience I've ever had. I wish I could give them negative stars. Had a filling replaced in my molars and it's the cheapest filing I've ever had. I can feel how fake it feels in my mouth. On top of that I was in debilitating pain for weeks afterwards which I've never experienced from a filling. To top it off I also needed a new crown. The lady drilled my tooth until there's almost nothing left around my stud from my root canal. The temporary crown I got was the worst I've ever seen and was longer than my other teeth, orientated in a different direction than my other teeth and round. It fell out within 2 days. I put up with it because I figured the permanent would be better. Low and behold my permanent crown fell out after 2 weeks. What is left of my tooth is crumbling away now (due to it being so thin in my opinion) and I dont even know if it's worth it to pay for another crown anymore as its going to fall out as my tooth continues to crumble. I regret going here every time I look in the mirror as this was my top front tooth. Before i went there i could use these plastic molds that would grip my tooth and looked pretty realistic. They wont grip my tooth now so I'm stuck looking like a methhead now. I paid all that money and I feel like to a degree they ruined my life. I cant confidently smile. Girls grimace and walk away when they see my tooth. I cant even imagine the next time I'm looking for work and have to do a job interview. I'm afraid my only option now is to have it pulled and have a screw put in. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

I have been going to the Smile Center for over 10 yrs. I love working with Dr. Jones, he has a meek spirit and very knowledgeable. I love the fact that he will work with you for the best option to fit your need. I also love the staff especially Office Mgr. Michelle, very friendly & extremely helpful. I hope to continue for another 10 yrs with them

I would highly recommend to anyone trying to find a great dentist in the Raleigh area to go see Dr. Jones at the Smile Center. Dr. Jones and his staff made everything very quick and easy allowing you to fill out forms on the website before coming in for my first appointment.

I would also like to say that Dr. Jefferies who did my fillings did a great job of making sure I was numb and experienced no pain during the procedure. Great organization and people and I am very satisfied with my experience!

First visit and cleaning, everything was wonderful including the staff but recommended massive, and what I felt was unnecessary dental work, not to mention expensive even with my co-pay. I decided to get a second opinion and ended up having minor procedures done compared to what they were suggesting (crown replacements, root canals) and at 20 percent of the out of pocket.

I had such a wonderful experience. The doctor and staff are amazing.

I dont know why these dentists, especially Michael Jones, are still in practice. They tell you something needs to be fixed asap. So you trust them and have them “fixed” it. They'd charge you double the price, and the office and equipment are super old and outdated. Service sucks esp the office manager whos very entitled and condescending. There are better dental clinics around the area. Cheaper, cleaner, nicer, and most of all, much much knowledgeable and professional.

I went to this dentist for two years. With every visit, he wanted to do a filling, either to replace old ones or he found somewhere new to drill. With my previous dentist, I very rarely had to have additional work done. Now I'm with someone new and again, I haven't needed any fillings for 18 months. My perception is that this dentist likes to invent reasons to do fillings. I do not recommend.

If you like being in pain after a dental visit, this is the right place for you.
Seriously, find a better dental office. . .YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! ! !

These fools messed my teeth up. I spent a lot of money and time trying to fix the damage they done. VERY unprofessional place!

They made me pay a different dentist and a specialist to fix their mistakes. THEY WILL LEAVE YOU IN LOTS PAIN! ! !
