Originally went for an emergency dental issue, but they helped me square away other dental issues that needed attention. I really appreciated how safe their staff made the dentist office for the COVID pandemic - temperature checks outside, wearing masks until we entered the private room, hand washing and hand sanitizer everywhere. Thanks for such a positive experience here!

Was very disappointed in my treatment at this office.
Was left waiting for over an hours before being seen
and then the new lady came in and said sorry but
something more pressing was being done before they
could get to me. Dr. did a two min. exam and said I
needed a tooth extracted and that would be 80.00 more
on top of what they just charged me for the the xrays
and teeth cleaning I really didn't want. I just wanted
to get out of there as fast as I could and would not
recommend anyone there. Just asked if they could
email the film to the other dr. 's office I am now going
to and was told they couldn't but would need 35.00 to
get the film over there. Patients beware. No CSR skills there.

The office is soooo disorganized! My first appointment they had visiting hygienists and dentists that didnt know what's going on, how to work the equipment there, etc. or able to answer questions. Both times, I have had to wait at least a half hour (today over an hour) past my appointment time. They have called me the day before my appointment to say they need to reschedule because "a hygienist isn't coming in tomorrow." This place is a JOKE! Both times I've been here they are "short staffed". There's nobody else even in the waiting room. How short staffed can they be when it's a ghost town in here?! Today the guy checking my blood pressure couldn't figure out how to velcro the thing around my arm. Took him 3 times! I almost grabbed it from him and did it myself. I wish zero stars was a rating option! I'm switching dentists today.

Walked in and was called upon within 10 minutes of arriving. The hygienist, Mary, was very sweet and knowledgeable. Was the best experience I have had yet, while having my teeth clean. Will definitely be returning in the future.

The Smile Center here in Raleigh is a wonderful office with a great atmosphere. Customer service is top notch, and everyone there is very helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Jones, he has an enormous amount of experience and is extremely professional. Definitely one of the top dental practices in the area.

Rude Staff ! !
To make things even worse, I got a filling and as soon as they started drilling, I was crying out in pain. They don't know how to properly administer local anastasia. Go somewhere else and find a better dentist.

**WARNING** STAY AWAY! ! ! They will mess your teeth up, and you will be in pain for months to come. If you get a good 6 month check up, they will start making up dental work that you need to get done. They will tell you to remove all your silver fillings and replace them with white composite filling just so they can get in your wallet. Next thing you know, you will need a root canal because they drilled too deep and killed your tooth. To top it off, they will leave you with the bill for their mistake! DO NOT RISK IT, I AM WARNING YOU NOW, IT IS EXTREMELY PAINFUL! ! !

Do not go here, customer service is horrible! Just received a call from billing saying I owe 53 dollars for services I had done there over 3 years ago. I have insurance and the copay's for procedures are to be paid upfront prior to services being done or scheduled, so why do I now owe???? strange very strange. 3 years later you all notice it was a billing error??? I WILL NOT PAY ONE DIME!

Receptionist was hungry hungry and decided to be rude about the service. You better know exactly what you need done because she will not explain it. Doctor was A+ even the dental assistant who was new did a great job.
