I’m very pleased with the quality of professionalism of Dr. Gillespie’s practice. Everyone, I mean EVERYONE, there is quite personable; which puts one at ease. They are punctual with my appointments; I’ve never had to wait long. So far, I’ve had no pain in any procedure. I’m sure that is the norm for this practice. I’m very pleased with each of the appointments I’ve had thus far. My four appointments have been, because (1) I was experiencing pain in a tooth, (2) I broke front tooth bonding, (3) bonding adjustment, and a (4) new patient cleaning. Each were handled as best I can imagine a dental practice could. Here’s a big cheer for Dr. Gillespie and his staff! 🎉

The whole staff is so accommodating and skilled (funny, too!) the best dentist i ever had!! They said i should write that in my review as well :). Just kidding!!! They really are the best and they didn’t even tell me to say that!! Dr. Gillespie and his crew always makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed!! Which is a good thing, since I’m there so often!! Seriously the best!!

The office is impeccable, the people efficient, courteous and friendly. My hygienist, Megan, gave me a painless and thorough cleaning. I couldn't wait to meet the doctor and I was not disappointed. The staff and Dr. Gillespie are great! The staff always smile, are cordial, and ready to serve you. The medical staff is also amazing and very professional. And did i tell you it never hurt? Yes, for a coward like me, going to the dentist was an ordeal. Not any more. I have total confidence in the staff that the job is done right and without any pain!!! Hurray!

I recently moved to the Waynesville area from a larger population area. I was overdue for a cleaning and I had a small twinge of pain when biting, so I needed a new dentist. I am very impressed with the friendliness of the staff, quality of the service and the state of the art facilities that are used in Dr. Gillespie's practice. My hygienist, Robin, was for courteous and informative during the cleaning procedure. She was efficient and thorough. She was very detailed in the information she collected for my records. The digital X-rays and photographs recorded will ensure my progress will be tracked for all future visits. Dr. Gillespie was courteous and concerned about any issues I was having with my teeth. He explained the entire process I can expect for my next visit when I receive my crown using their in-house crown machine. I am confident that will be a positive experience.

The front office staff always greets me with a smile and I can't say enough about my hygienist, Robin! Being a new patient, I was surprised how soon I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Gillespie and his hygienist Robin. I found Dr. Gillespie to be friendly and professional and he made me feel welcome to his practice. Robin was another reason I was drawn to Dr. Gillespie's dental practice, since she had been my hygienist for many years at another practice. She's the greatest!
