Dr. Gillespie’s office is top notch! Absolutely a great first visit! The entire staff treated me with professionalism, respect and courtesy. The cleaning, xrays and exam were very thorough and comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Gillespie and his team!

Especially Stephanie who explained the process very well and made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. Dr Gillespie made a special effort to listen to my concerns. This in not an Aspen Dental-ish cattle call. Highly recommend.

Love the service this whole team provides. I went in for a chipped front tooth and absolutely nothing was uncomfortable about my visit. I never experienced any pain or discomfort. Was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Very prompt and organized service and staff. I would never consider going elsewhere for my dental needs.

I had some pretty traumatic experiences with a dentist and my orthodontist when I was younger, so like many, going to the dentist is really scary for me. I’ve lived in the area for 4 years, but have been driving 4 hours to see my dentist of 24 years, because I knew I was safe and would have a good experience.

When he retired earlier this year, I was extremely nervous about finding a new one. I learned of Dr. Gillespie through work and was drawn to the environment he and his staff claimed to provide. It reminded me of the one I’ve been going to. I have had the best experience so far and my worries have been put at ease. I highly recommend them! The office is clean, the staff is super friendly, and everyone is very knowledgeable of the services they offer.

Everyone in this office is always so friendly and welcoming with every visit. They know my name without having to look at my chart, they take great care of my smile, and they love my daughter and make her feel at home too. I can honestly say that I love my dentist office. I highly recommend them!!!

I am newly moved to Waynesville and needed a dentist urgently. I am so glad I happened on Dr Gillespie's office. The entire team at Dr Gillespie's office is amazing. They are professional, quick and ever so kind. I had to have a procedure done that at the best of times is no fun and Dr just went in at got it done. No fuss, no muss and best of all he was very skilled at administering the novocain. I had absolutely no pain what so ever. Absolutely recommend Dr Gillespsie and his staff. A Five Star establishment.

I’ve been going to this dentist for about 8 years now, moved here from Georgia. They are SO nice, all of them!! They are incredibly welcoming and don’t judge. I’ve always felt so comfortable that even after moving from Waynesville to Tuckasegee I still travel there, and even recently had my husband go a couple times and he loved his experiences. KELLI especially has always done work on my teeth and I always looked forward to our conversations. We will miss everyone when we move to Chattanooga but I’m not against traveling back for an appointment!

From the moment I entered as a new patient, I was navigated through Dr. Gillespie's agenda that seemed very money driven. He refused to provide any kind of first impression based on the 1 year old xrays provided and current examination, other than to immediately state the need for several crowns. This he could determine without a current Xray, but the on-going problem areas were beyond his ability to make an observation without $300 worth of xrays. After asking for a first impression several times, he informed me that we were not a good match ( he was kicking me out his office) WOW! Follow along like a good little patient with your check book in hand or get kicked to the curb.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Gillespie yesterday. I was met with his assistant Kelli. Kelly has an outgoing and calm personality. She made me feel relaxed for my visit and explained the procedure that was going to be done in a professional manner.
Dr. Gillepsie also had the same positive mannerism as Kelli.

Having had to cancel an appointment due to weather conditions, I was anxious about having to wait longer for a crown but the surgery offered one within 24 hours. The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. Doctor Gillespie and his assistant Stephanie were caring and professional, offering explanations as the procedure progressed and I felt calm and relaxed throughout. 90 minutes later I left complete with the crown in place. Perfect. Thank you all.
