Been going there since I was 8 years old and started with Marty( I'm some odd years older now) and have watched them grow. Since their growth, I now am being cared for by Anthony. Anthony always explains everything that is going on and always makes sure there aren't any concerns. Staff is persistently nice and pleasant from first step in the door to departure. Very professional but fun at the same.

I followed Dr. Bost to Lyndhurst and I have been very happy with my experiences there. I never have to wait, the staff is very friendly - I had to change my appt. twice and it was not a problem. Dr. Bost has been my dentist for many years - 14 years ago, he discovered a sore on my tongue. He had me go see an ENT (who did not take the time to diagnose it properly), an oral surgeon (same as the ENT) and only because of his insistence and concern, did I go to Chapel Hill for pathology. Tongue cancer. Dr. Bost is knowledgable, cares deeply about his patients and he is a very thorough and experienced dentist. I highly recommend him.

I was told they hadn't received a check that my bank had mailed to them, and that I would not be treated unless I made another payment or set up automatic withdrawals. I would not set up automatic withdrawals, so I had to make another payment on the spot. I was promised that, if they received my check, they would not cash it -- they would put a note in my chart. Well, they cashed my check causing me to pay overdraft fees to my bank. I pay my bills, but don't have extra money around. I am upset, and no one should be treated this way. I like my dentist and the treatment I have received from him, but the finance department needs to improve the way they handle these situations.

Dr. Porter was really nice but the staff at the desk when we came in they were rude. My boyfriend was the patient and they didnt even speak to him..Im assuming they just assumed he didnt speak english because he is hispanic but Dr. Porter was really nice and talked to him like a person.
