Nice and easy to get in and out. I was able to make an appointment and get in rather soon. The ladies were all very nice. I took my daughter and they explained everything they were doing as they went along. Which is nice because some kids are scared and they made her feel comfortable. I’ll be bringing myself and my other kids as well.

Friendly Dental has truly been the best dentist office I've visited in a long time. They have great customer service and make you feel comfortable. Dr. Khan took her time with me when I felt very anxious and I am so grateful for that! They will continue to have me as a patient for as long as possible!

This was the only place that accepted my insurance so I went. Upon walking in, the two women at the reception desk were so sweet and welcoming. The wait wasn't bad either. I haven't been to a dentist in over 10 years and my hygienist made me feel so relaxed and reassured me that everything was going to be ok in which it was. She was patient with me and walked/talked me through everything she was doing as she was doing it. If I needed a breather, she allowed me to breathe for a second and went back to cleaning my teeth. If I ha questions, she answered them. The dentist was also fantastic. He walked into the room and talked to me about the procedures that I needed done and the health of my teeth etc. Also looked into my mouth and did his assessment. Overall, great place with great staff.

Update: I had my permanent cap installed on my back molar. It lasted about 3.5 months and then came off while eating. The permanent glue apparently did not seal as liquid got under the cap. This caused bacteria to grow under the cap and loosen the glue over time. Dentist re-installed after my 6 month cleaning at no cost to me. I asked if it would be better to not permanently install so that I could take it off and clean it. Dentist explained it would be a choking hazard if it falls off while I'm breathing through my mouth. Seams like a logical reason to make it permanent. Although the cap fell off unexpectedly, I am happy with the dental services at this dentist office. The staff and dentist are professional, explain what they will do, answers my questions, and prompt with appointment time.
Prior comment: This comment is for step 2 of getting a crown. Step 1 was root canal on molar by a specialist that dentist referred. Friendly Dental ground my molar and took a mold for a cap. They put in temporary cap while permanent cap gets made. They explained the procedure before doing it. They were careful to ensure the discomfort was minimized. The temporary cap fits well. Instructions to take care of temporary was thorough. They were professional and friendly. I will go back in a couple of weeks to get permanent cap.

I felt very cared for and welcomed in my appointment. I am a nervous dentist guy regardless of why I go in and they were very accommodating

We've had 6 appointments with Friendly Dental over the past few months. 4 of the 6 appointments have been rescheduled. One time we arrived and they said they forgot to enter the appointment into their computer system. Just last week they confirmed our latest appointment but when we arrived they said it has to be rescheduled AGAIN! Over the past few months we've wasted 8 hours of driving, tons of gas and have lost $1000 in lost income from taking time off work for this "Friendly" dental place. Why can't they contact their clients BEFORE their appointment times to reschedule?? Friendly Dental is grossly inefficient and don't care if they waste their clients' time and money.

Friendly dental was so welcoming from the phone call letting me know an opening had became available (I have Medicaid & was been put on a waiting list) to the very last time I saw them (around August 2021). Sadly I have horrible teeth, some from bad choices made in my past & other from horrible family genes. It is quite embarrassing to have to all your teeth pulled & dentures made at the age of 33. So you can definitely imagine how awful I felt especially coming from another dentist that I felt like just wanted money. Dr. Swift was so nice & just flat out wonderful! I actually recommend my mother to them!! Definitely worth giving them a call!
