Very friendly staff. The site manager was extremely helpful when it came to explaining our game plan. The dentists I've seen there are very nice and always concerned with how you are doing. The hygienists are super nice and very informative as well. Zero complaints.

Today I had my first appointment with Aspen Dental. It was an outstanding experience! Everyone, without exception, was very pleasant and positive. All was explained clearly to me, and they placed a real emphasis on making sure I was always comfortable. I was also impressed with the state of the art technology they use. I was able to get appointment days and times that worked with my schedule. The Bismarck, ND Aspen Dental office is a 10 on a 10-scale!

Every time I am seen, I am told that if I have any issues to call and they will work with my schedule to get me in when I am available, but when I do that, they NEVER have “anything open.” So I have to wait, wait, wait. I call again when I am able to get up there, and once again, they are telling me “there is nothing available.” You would think after handing these people almost $10,000 up front, they would be more willing to do things for you. But nope. I guess since they already have the money, they really do not care.

This dental office is a joke! I recently moved to Bismarck and had to change dentists. I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and after 2 appointments still have not had my teeth cleaned. My 3rd appointment was canceled because I failed to respond to the voicemail left saying I needed to confirm VERBALLY for my appointment that took over a month to get into so they automatically canceled my appointment when I didn’t get the message until after noon. This office apparently requires VERBAL confirmation by noon the day prior to keep your appointment. This office also requires you to pre pay for any services PRIOR TO THE SERVICE DATE! I’ve never heard of something so ridiculous and I work for an insurance company that insures dental offices. The staff is unprofessional, the equipment they have is outdated ( X-ray machine didn’t work on my first appointment), their technology is lacking and my last appointment felt like a sales pitch for Invisalign! I’m in my 40’s and not one dentist has ever said I need or should get braces, funny thing is they said the same thing to my husband (we have different last names). Do not go here! With so many options in town that don’t have these unusual requirements, outdated sales office, rude staff and subpar equipment, save yourself the trouble and avoid Aspen Dental! I will no longer be a patient and neither will the rest of my family.

I called for an appointment with a toothache. I got in the next day. All staff I had contact with were friendly and curious. They explained the process and the Doctor explained options and made a recommendation.

I am happy with the service.

I had a filling appointment scheduled for over a year and one day before the appointment the receptionist called and said I needed to do a cleaning before hand (I had missed a scheduled one due to having COVID). I asked how long it would be for a cleaning and was told at least eight months because they didn't have staff and then I could reschedule the fillings appointment which would be at least 13 months. I made a comment about them needing more staff, wasn't rude or anything, I said that I knew it wasn't their fault and the receptionist got such an attitude and started basically yelling at me because, "if you had shown up for your cleaning appointment in the first place we wouldn't be here!" Sorry I got COVID and calling my dentist wasn't a priority. That receptionist cost any chance of me ever going back there and I told her that.
