Great service, however, very disappointed that Smile Care does not participate with Medicaid. As a Christian company I assumed they did, which was my fault. As a single mom I think it’s important to know which companies participate with MA and which do not, so letting others know.

I'm scared of dentist, but when I called in to talk with them, they treated me as a person not as a number. They small talk with you and tell you all of the facts before you set anything up. The doctors there are amazing they walked me through everything and even called me after hours to make sure I was ok. This place is amazing. Yes I'm still scared of dentist but I'm willing to go here and get the care I need for my mouth. They even worked at closing time to get me out of pain for an little while tell they can get me in for the whole procedure. They even let me watch Netflix to relax to during my procedure. I am amazed by how well they treat their patents. Im am happy and also will tell everyone to go here.. :)

We started with Dr Paul about 30 years ago when our son was about 3 yrs old. It took 3 visits to clean the baby teeth as Dr Paul wouldn't push our son farther than he'd sit still for. What a patient Dr! Dr Paul also keeps up with the latest technology and is painless.

My son, Miles, just had his first appointment at Smile Care and had Bev as his hygienist. She was so attentive and made him feel so calm and at ease, showing him all of the tools and how they worked before using them on his teeth. He was so excited to pick out a new toothbrush and a chapstick! The staff is very friendly and everyone made Miles feel like he was special and were excited for him at his first appointment. Dr. Paul also made him feel very welcome, I was so surprised that Miles allowed both Bev and Dr. Paul to count his teeth, it just shows me how at ease he felt with everyone at the office.

My 3-year-old son, Gabriel, just had his first appointment with Janet. She helped him feel so relaxed and comfortable. Gabriel really enjoyed his appointment, and has been practicing flossing every day--even telling me, "Thank you, Mommy!" when I tell him he can. The other day, he chose a tool and a flashlight and began "fixing" his daddy's teeth. If I had known a dentist appointment would have been the thing to get him excited about oral hygiene, I would have made the appointment a long time ago. Thanks Smile Care!
