HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Went in at the beginning of covid because my boyfriends face was all puffed up and he needed an extraction ; told them they would have to bill us ( we didn't have the funds the day of DUE TO COVID making us lose our jobs) and they said it was fine over the phone.
Showed up and they said it was going to be $175 just for numbing (AFTER already injecting the numbing medicine) ; and up to $700 for the total. We again told them we couldn't pay day of and they sent us away.
Ended up going somewhere else and paying $225 for the ENTIRE PROCESS 👏🏼

I can’t say enough about this place. I needed an emergency appointment due to sudden extreme pain, and they were able to get me in that same day. Everyone from the front desk on the phone and at check-in to Kourtney (sp?) and Dr. Wehrman were amazing. I will definitely be using this office as my primary from here on out. Love Smile Solutions! I moved out of Fargo and went to a new dentist who kept raving about my fillings and how awesome they were! I immediately knew I had to keep going to Smile Solutions...so I drive back to Fargo to go to the dentist because I love it so much here!
