I had chipped my tooth and needed to get it fixed immediately. Being from out of town I had no record with any dentistry in Grand Forks and Kim was very friendly and accommodating to my needs. The same goes for Dr. Amundson. I had my tooth fixed within the hour of my appointment. Very friendly staff and comfortable environment. 5 star experience!

Normally going to the dentist isn't a pleasant experience, but going to Dr. Amundson and staff has been the best experience going to a dentist that I've ever had. They are all professional and extremely well qualified. The other thing I've enjoyed is that we have built a longstanding personal relationship as well and they treat their patients like they are the most important person. I believe they are the most qualified dental practice in our area, but what I love the most is that they do a great job making this the best experience possible. It's like catching up with friends every time I go, and I get the added bonus of being taken care of extremely well from everyone, whether it's the dental work, scheduling, insurance issues or some other area. Just can't say enough positive things about them.

I was very pleased with my experience at Dr. Amundson's office. I randomly found this dentist online when I was searching which dentist offices accepted my dental insurance. Kim was extremely kind and helpful on the phone when I first scheduled my appointment. I was able to make an appointment right away, unlike another office I had called, which was completely booked until October. Kim, the hygienist, was also very friendly and did a great job on my cleaning, being gentle, making conversation, and explaining what she was doing. I felt very comfortable during my entire cleaning. When Dr. Amundson came in, he recognized me from my job at Starbucks and made conversation trying to get to know me a little more. He checked my teeth and after everything looked great, they gave me a little "care package." All of the staff was extremely personable and I would definitely recommend anyone to go there.

I just went to Dr. Amundson for the first time this week and loved it! The office is clean and inviting, and the staff there are great - I felt completely comfortable the whole time. After my cleaning, my dental hygienist stayed and chatted with me while we waited for Dr. Amundson to look at my x-rays and then check my teeth, which was only a couple of minutes.

I would highly recommend Dr. Amundson and his team for any dental needs - he and his team are genuine and professional. You'll feel welcome from the moment you walk through the door.

I have been going to this dental office for a couple of years now with my husband. I was a little apprehensive as my last dentist was rough. Upon first walking in the door, Kim at the front desk was amazingly sweet and kind. I walked back with another hygienist who has since retired but was equally sweet throughout the whole process and told me all about Roger before he even walked in the room. Roger was gentle and caring as well. He took very amazing care to help correct issues and always explained things I didn't understand.

Every single time I go in, I know I can expect the same service from everyone on staff. They are always warm and welcoming. Every time you walk in the door they know your name without having to look and they remember previous conversations and will talk with you about it. I have honestly never seen such amazing service anywhere else.

Dr. Amundson and his staff provide excellent service each and every time I have an appointment. They take the time to answer all my questions and I appreciate all the hard work they do to give me the best dental care. I would highly recommend to anybody looking for a dentist to go to Dr. Amundson.

Dr. Amundson and Kim always provide the utmost service and care to their patients. Roger and Kim and such friendly people I have recommended people ranging from young kids to elderly because I know they will be in the best hands. Best quality dental care and customer service I have ever received!

Dr. Amundson has been my dentist for many years. I clench/grind my teeth in my sleep and have done so for as long as I can remember. This causes headaches and jaw and facial pain, but has always been a normal thing for me.
Throughout my 3X/year dental visits, my hygienist Kim has gently encouraged me to have a night guard made, but I just never did. This fall, Kim made the suggestion again, and shared additional details about the serious damage nightly grinding can cause. I try to always take very good care of my teeth, so I knew it was time to protect them better.
Dr. Amundson made me a night guard, and since getting it, I never miss a single night using it. It is small, comfortable to wear, and I no longer have a bit of face or jaw pain. I've been extremely surprised and pleased - I only wish I'd decided to have it made long ago! Thank you, Dr. Amundson & team!

I'm an out of towner with no dentist in Grand Forks. Imagine my surprise when my crown fractured! Dr. Amundson and his staff welcomed me into their practice so warmly and were so generous in providing the repairs I so desperately needed. In addition, the entire staff were kind, caring and thoughtful. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Amundson's dental practice to anyone, and in fact, have done so already today and will continue for this rest of my stay in Grand Forks. They certainly made a wonderfully warm impression of North Dakotans on this New Yorker! Did I forget to mention that they saw me for an emergency (no-appointment) in LESS than 3 hours??? Great service!

After being less then satisfied with my old dentist I joined my wife at Amundson Dentistry. It was the best experience I have ever had going to the dentist. They took their time with me, explaining everything that they were doing and my teeth never felt so clean afterwards. Dr. Amundson and his staff went the extra mile making me feel like they really care about me and my oral health.
