Prairie Rose operates as a well-oiled machine. Everyone is very professional. Went for routine cleaning. They used an ultrasonic device instead of a scraper. My teeth feel cleaner than they ever have. Dr. Parker was nice. He made a recommendation for preventive work, but wasn't pushy.

My daughter just loves coming here to have them look at her teeth. The staff is always so great with her! We love the waiting room with the sea life theme, she just loves the octopus and always gives it a hug.

Great dentistry place for kids. However, my daughter is on Medicaid because I don't have benefits at work. I was informed when I called to make an appointment because she is now 14, they don't file Medicaid for her now. There is a reason she is on Medicaid, because I can't afford out of pocket expense for her to see the dentist. We will go to some place else that will take her insurance and file for her. Very sad they do this, as it will make them lose business. Not a good business practice.

Kaylyn was a wonderful hygienist; she was kind and explained everything well. Dr. Parker was great as well.

I would not recommend this provider. Waited to be checked in when the appointment was scheduled and then waited again when I was seated by hygienist. I was also preached to by the office manager about the necessary x-rays. Historically dentist spends less than 5 minutes with me at a visit.

I went to see Dr S. Schmidt to replace a damaged crown. I had to pay cash up front. $1782. He was very kind and it only took two hours howevr, I would've thought He would take pride in his work.
As, the crown was not flush with my other teeth. He did offer to grind the other front tooth to make it flush. But,
I would think with all the technology he used to create the crown it would have been flush with no gap.
After my review I was contacted by Dr Schmidt's office. I can now say I'm very satisfied with my new crown that was replaced.

What a great place to visit! Friendly people and helpful! Told me exactly what should be done and detailed explanation of options available. So happy with my wisdom teeth pulled and first cleaning in like 20yrs!!
