I would give them a 5 but it's the dentist. They got me in quick and I needed two teeth pulled the rescheduled for my extraction but ended up getting me in on the same day. My dentist and the dentist that pulled my teeth were informative on what they did and what they were gonna do. The other staff is welcoming and polite. Very knowledgeable and to my surprise quite affordable.

Clear communication on all charges with insurance premiums always kept in mind to insure low pressure on pocketbook.
You could go to another dentist...hey, it's your mouth...I wouldn't advise it though.

I called in yesterday because I have a very bad tooth ache and to my surprise they got me in within a few hours! I was beyond excited they told me they could get me in for a cleaning x-rays and fix my tooth ache that day! I went in and they took x-rays and the doctor came in and told me I needed to get a root canel and he was going to get me feeling good TODAY! So I’m excited and then when I mentioned I am self pay EVERYTHING CHANGED IMMEDIATELY! They tell me I don’t need a teeth cleaning anymore rush me out and say they can’t get me back in for a MONTH AND A HALF! When they got me in within a few hours originally. I ask the lady when I’m paying a few hundred dollars for my x-rays (which is all they would give me) “so what can I do about this horrible tooth ache?” And she asks what pharmacy I go to and then tells me she will talk with the dentist and call me back….it’s been over a day now and another night with not much sleep and NO CALL BACK! They will treat you like a second class citizen once they find out your self pay or your insurance isn’t good enough. It’s about money and not being a good human being with this outfit it appears. Very sad

My 5 year old had 2 fillings done. It was an excellent experience. She was understandably nervous and scared. The staff did a fantastic job keeping her calm and explained everything to her so she felt safe. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
