I've been a patient for over 15 years. Dr. Ben and his entire crew only do excellent work. Super nice and fun. Now with Dr. Shawn joining Dr. Ben can take some well deserved time off.

My wife and I recently moved from Denver, and we could not be happier with our experiences at Advanced Center for Denistry. We were treated like family from the first phone call. I never thought I would enjoy going to the dentist, but now I actually look forward to it. The entire staff is friendly, kind, attentive, and provide excellent dental health with much needed humor. Meeting Dr. Ben and his staff has literally been a highlight of living in Ohio. Do yourself a favor and look no further for a dentist. You won't be able to find a better group of people to keep you smiling.

Dr. Hornstein and his entire staff are amazing! They make you feel so comfortable when you're there and they do phenomenal work! Dr. Hornstein really cares for his patients and always has their best interest at heart. I recommend them to everyone.

I. HATE. DENTISTS!! Yet it is with the upmost of joy that I give Dr. Shawn Schlessel and his staff a beaming 5 star review. Not only are they extremely nice and accommodating when I call them up at 3pm for an emergency tooth extraction due to all the pain that I've been pushing off going on in my mouth😱☠️ but they go above and beyond to make sure you feel like you're in good hands.

My family and I have been coming to this practice for as long as I can remember. The exceptional service and friendly faces are only two of the multiple reasons we keep coming back. I do not know many people who enjoy going to the dentist, but when you are being taken care of by a doctor as involved as Dr. Hornstein, you feel right at ease.

But due to acute pain and old metal fillings falling out several of my friends said go see Dr Hornstein and his staff at The Center For Advanced Dentistry. So glad I listened. The work they did is amazing! And! While discussing my financial difficulties.....single parenting Mom of a special needs full care adult child..... an Angel in the waiting room over heard my situation, got together with Dr Hornstein and this Angel, pick up $6'100 portion of my bill! Okay so I needed a new dentist in the Cleveland area... googled a few places near me & this place popped up! Of course I look at the ratings.... it’s my teeth we’re talking about lol! So I call and see when the earliest they could get me in... luckily they were able to get me in about 5 days after calling! *this was impressive (I called other places and couldn’t get in until July/Aug) So I showed up to my appointment. The office is great. Clean and just an overall normal environment. The receptionist (Sue) is amazing. Full of energy and gives you a proper greeting. I was able to get right in without all the hassle of paperwork. The dental assistant (Gale) was probably the BEST PERSON EVER. She not only examined my teeth but she had wonderful conversation. She made me fell very comfortable until I saw Dr. Hornstein. I eventually saw Dr. Hornstein, and let’s just say that he has a good sense of humor. He cares about his “guests” and was super polite and knew exactly the issue with my teeth. Overall, let’s just say I left the office and was highly satisfied! I mean this is probably the best dentist office in Cleveland, honestly. If you want to feel at home while getting the proper care for your teeth, come to this office! :) *ps Serena does the best teeth cleaning job

Dr. Hornstein and his team are the very best! One of the most friendly dentists in the area. Appointments are quick and easy with detailed treatment plans for whatever you need. Highly recommend Dr. Hornstein for any dental needs!

I can't say enough about the amazing staff and the state-of-the-art equipment at this office! I have been a patient for a long time and even though I moved to Connecticut in 2014, I still schedule my checkups and other appointements with this office when I'm home visiting family. They have kept my teeth beautiful and healthy -- and also did an amazing job replacing my old fillings with new, white material. These are, honestly, great people who take the time to help in any way they can. I wouldn't see anyone else -- even though I currently live in another state.

I was referred to Dr. Hornstein by a good friend. I came in with a tooth that was bothering me and was able to be seen immediately. The entire staff was very welcoming and friendly. I don't do well with the dentist and I felt completely comfortable. The entire process was very stress free. I referred my family and friends to go there as well and I plan to be back for cleanings and future services!
