As always I have had a wonderful experience with the staff. Dr. Shapiro was magnificent as I already knew he would always be in filling both sides of my mouth. I must not forget Victoria's soothing technique which put me to sleep both visits. Soring I am shame to admit.l
Thank you to the ladies in the front office who were very professional and providing coffee for everyone to enjoy.

I had a tooth infection and quite a bit of pain. Dr.Shapiro saw me as a first time visit. Though my tooth had to be extracted I found the dentist skilled, efficient with good humor. The technician Jose was helpful in explaining everything. I will make this my permanent dental clinic.

Do NOT go here as they do not have enough workers to properly staff operations. They have cancelled appointments due to no available dental hygienist MULTIPLE times for multiple family members. I repeat... do not waste your time with them, as they clearly do not care about your time or healthcare needs. And no -- they never followed up to reschedule the appointments THEY cancelled.

The dentist was very professional and polite !!! She was very tender also , plus the dental assistant was amazing she keep explaining and comforting me thru the entire procedure. I will always be a patient HAPPY NEW YEAR

I have never in my life had such a pleasant experience at a Dentist’s office. The staff was friendly, prompt, and informative. From the front desk employees to the doctor that saw me everyone was really nice, it helped ease my anxiety immensely. I would definitely recommend them.

From the receptionist to the doctor everyone was so friendly. I went as a walk in and I was seen right away Dr.Megan was so nice and polite and her assistant I believe her name was Kira . My problem was solved temporarily and I will be back to continue my care plan they came up with for me. Thank you guys ❤️

My family's office visit was on the 16 and 17th of March 2023. I'll share all I know in the hopes of giving other a better idea of what to expect.
(The building's exterior & parking)
The front of the building faces a busy intersection that divides. The architecture seems to be quite old but the building was beautifully made. It reminds me of something out of a 1920s era but could easily predate that time period. Directly across the street are many small store fronts. You will also find that if you are an elderly or handicap person it is easier to enter from the front. I believe there are parking meters there, but I'm not sure so prepare by bringing your quarters with you. (Just in case) once inside from the front entrance and you will find a black elevator that sits directly in front of the entrance door. Upon exiting the elevator on the second floor to the left follow the hallway down to the end. The office is on the right hand side. In the rear exterior of the building you will find a sizable parking lot. Parking is free here so you don't have to use the meters you could drop off in front and park in back. If you have small children make sure to take care and hold on to them. Cars do not pay attention and many people drive recklessly. So, from one mom to another hold your little ones because this is a busy space. You want to look for a black awning that says (heights medical center.) The back entrance will be down the stairs. Upon entering you'll follow the hallway to the front of the building and take the stairs to the second floor. Exit the stairwell to your right and follow the hallway down it will be the last door on the right hand side. The office staff will do your check in. ( These young ladies are such sweethearts) FYI they do accept walk-ins. So if you're in a crunch I strongly suggest getting there early in the morning in case there's a cancellation you may be seen. Overall the office is very clean and neat the appearance of staff is the same. Dr dang is absolutely wonderful. She informed us that our daughter needed braces. She was very attentive and carried herself in a professional manner at all times. Her spirit was light and her attitude was very positive. She took care to answer all of our questions and address any concerns that we had. Now I normally when I write reviews I call people that stand out by name but in this case I just have to recognize the whole office as everyone was polite and courteous and I did not experience any bad attitude also if you had a hard time finding a good dental office that accepts Medicare or Medicaid they do accept buckeye and CareSource and our case we drove from Northwest Ohio also I absolutely love the fact that they were transparent about the prices of everything anything that insurance covered they let us know anything that wasn't covered they let us know they even put together a plan that showed detailed pricing for everything and told us what they would check with insurance about so there was no surprises myself and my husband both needed oral surgeon referrals and Dr dang made sure we got what we needed making less of a headache about who takes our insurance or trying to find them on our part lastly the number one thing I look for in cleanliness as hand-washing gloves and the cleaning of tools every time they went from one room to another they made sure to take care and change their gloves the tools that they used or in sterile bags brand new open for each person they're x-ray machines recovered and plastic films and changed out for each person that use them and everything was wiped down in between each use I really appreciate that as my husband has multiple sclerosis and can easily get sick I gave them five stars but I wish there was 10 these guys were simply awesome and I'm telling you from now on this will be our routine dental office I'm so glad we found this place

Cleveland Hts Dental was very Warm & Friendly, Family Orientated for sure. I was Impressed for it Was My First Visit. The Dentist put my Haughty Fears to Rest for I am Deathly Afraid of a Dentist for Sure. Thank You for the Experience from Reception Area Too Ex-rays Too the Dental Chair. Smiling

The staff is always very nice and friendly and professional Dr.Shapiro is very friendly and explains in detail what he's going to do the Dental techs are very professional also explaining what they'll be doing very satisfied with my visits
