I am a new patient of Dr. Petroff as of today, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my choice of dentist. I moved a few years ago and wanted a dentist closer to my current home, and after sifting through Google reviews, I landed on Dr. Petroff. There's a reason everyone raves about this practice--it truly is the best. I have never felt more welcome, more safe, more attended to, or had a more complete and successful visit at a dentist in all my life, without exception! Proper Covid protocols were followed to a "T," and everyone was really friendly, knowledgeable, and completely available in case I had any questions or concerns. Rochelle was incredible, and Dr. Petroff is every bit as amazing as everyone on Google says. I will never leave this practice, and will be encouraging everyone I know to switch. Who knew going to the dentist could be such an incredible experience?! Thank you to all for your warmth, knowledge, professionalism, attention, and compassion--I appreciate you!

Dr Petroff has been an excellent choice for me in dentistry, as I have had many experiences in 47 years and not always good! She is also fantastic as a person; also have been so impressed with her strong support in the surrounding communities.

The staff is always incredibly professional and they really go out of their way to make going to the dentist a good experience.

Dr. Petroff and her staff are the best! The office is great, they are friendly to the patients and really friendly to each other. After procrastinating going to the dentist for years, I now look forward to going. She is so wonderful with our kids too. I would strongly recommend Dr. Petroff to anyone.

Dr. Petroff has been our family dentist for ten years. She was wonderful with my kids when they were little, and she's wonderful now.
One of the things that I like best about Dr. Petroff is that she is very on top of new technology and introduces new and better ways to perform dentistry often. She's the best dentist we've ever had.

I have been coming to see Dr. Petroff and staff for many years. Before my first visit, I had gone many years without seeing a dentist. I was always terrified and due to that, I neglected my teeth and was embarrassed. Dr. Petroff and staff made my first visit and many visits after that, very positive and up beat. I cant say I get excited about visiting but every visit is pleasant and everyone makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Petroff explains everything before she does anything, so you always know what to expect and that makes me more at ease.

Denise at the front desk and Amy, my hygienist are always friendly and have been staples in the office since I began going there. The office is modern and very clean. Dr. Petroff is absolutely the best! She is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, conscientious, and professional. She does a wonderful job of putting both myself and my kids at ease. The whole office staff is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend her to anyone!

I would highly recommend Dr. Petroff and her staff. They are knowledgeable and approachable about any concerns you might have. They are efficient and get you on your way quickly. That being said at no time did I feel like I was being rushed or that they were just trying to get more people through the door. I felt like my hygienist actually knew who I was and not just some name on a list. She and Dr. Petroff remembered details from conversations we had during my last visit 6 months prior I know they care about my personal and dental well being. That makes all the difference. Dr. Petroff has really changed my life! When i came to Broadview Heights in 2005, i had been through a series of bad dentists and my teeth were in bad shape. In addition i was caring for my elderly Mom and she needed work done. Dr.Petroff sat down with me after my first exam and give me the bad news. There were so many problems she had to correct, i just sat there in shock, tears in my eyes. Dr. Petroff took my hand and said "We will work through this together, one thing at a time, and i promise you everything will be OK." She was right! We did work through it together and today everything has been fixed and i ALWAYS felt that Dr. Petroff was completely with me. She is not only an extremely fantastic dentist (she has all the latest technology and she continues to learn new techniques so her patients have the best!), she is the kind of person you would choose for a friend; honest, kind, she tells it like it is but she also tells you she will hold your hand along the way. Her personality extends to her office staff. She has chosen THE best women for every position. She then treats them with the respect they deserve. An example: when i first started going to see her, i noticed she when her dental assistant handed her an instrument, she thanked them! I could say wo derful things about every staff member! They are all kind, trained well, wonderful women! But special mention must be made for Denise, the Office Manager. She works hard to solve every scheduling problem, and any financial issue. She makes you feel you are the most important person who walks in the door! And then there is Georgi, the Dental Hygenist...she is amazing! She is the best trained, kindest, most compassionate hygenist Ive ever met! Dr. Petroff makes sure every person on her staff is trained as well as they can be. She works with everyone to make sure they have the time they need to take courses to better themselves which of course is the best thing for her patients. I treasure the friendship we have established over the years I have been her patient. She is truly "there" for every patient, no matter what! I could say much more but this review is starting to look like a novel! Sufice to say, if you want the best dentist, the best staff, the best possible outcome for your teeth, then you must make an appointment with Dr Petroff! Denise will be happy to help you and you will feel like you have been with friends when you leave the office, a smile on your face and beautiful teeth!
