Dr. Michael A. Hess, DDS

All of the staff are always very nice when I go there and make sure they do whatever they can to give you a good experience. I also like that Dr Hess will not rush to do unnecessary fillings and will keep an eye on their progress before proceeding with treatment. Going to start bringing my 3 kids here also.

We had our first visit with office today. Amy and Andrea were wonderful and kind, we were way overdue for appointments, there was no judgement. They were personable and professional. The appointments were efficient and thorough, we were called back within 5 minutes or so of our appts. The care and concern we were shown, is so much appreciated. Dr Hess took great care of me and my husband. All questions were answered and treatment plan was explained clearly.

Dr. Hess and everyone on his staff have been excellent. I've had several different hygienists, and each one made a genuine effort to make me comfortable. They even chat with me during the cleanings- not about the weather, but subjects we have shared interest in. Like I'm a real person. Dr. Hess is thorough but gentle, so I've begun bringing my 85 year old father for his dental care. As far as the secretaries are concerned, they are very patient and even indulge the heckling I am powerless to stop heaping upon them from the waiting area.

Great office. The Staff and Dentist are very friendly. I had a wonderful Dental Hygienist. She took a lot of care with my cleaning. Highly recommend

Dr. Hess is one of the most caring, gentle dentists you will ever meet. He is talented in multiple areas of dentistry including veneers, dental implants, and dentures. He did my aunt Becky's dental implant crown and she said it didn't hurt at all - feels just like a tooth! His pricing is very fair and he is attentive to the comfort of his patients. He genuinely cares about the quality of his work and it shows in everything he does. We are so lucky to have him to take care of family and friends alike. I cannot say enough good things about him as he has shown me so much compassion over the years!

I love the service I received every time I have been there. The best dentist I’ve had in many years. The staff is friendly, patient, and caring. Their work is top notch. I would recommend this office to family and friends.

Great Dentist, and awesome staff. Dr Hess is great about treating what needs to be treated, without upselling or making mountains out of mole-hills!

I've also noticed that he is GREAT at narrating what he's doing, and keeping you in the loop as to whats going on. I've been to some dentists who just start working, without explaining what or why.

Have had Dr Hess as a dentist for several years. Never a bad experience. Amy who cleans my teeth is a sweetheart as is everyone in the office.

Dr. Hess and his staff are fantastic! My husband, daughter and I go there. Recently I took my son there to watch while I had a cleaning. My son has never allowed any dentist or hygienist (even a pediatric one) brush his teeth. I casually mentioned this to the hygienist, who then gently took the initiative to develop a rapport with him while she worked on my teeth. At the end my son actually opened his mouth and allowed her to brush his teeth. I am so grateful for her for taking the time and having the patience to do this, on her own accord (the last appointment of the day, no less!). This goes to show how the entire office operates. Upon looking into your issue, my secretaries informed you before and at your only scheduled appointment that the insurance company could not verify your coverage based on the insurance card you provided.
