Great staff! Due to the incompetence of a previous dentist, I have panic attacks when going to the dentist. Stonecreek's staff understand and work hard to put me at ease. They are quick, efficient and friendly all at the same time. I won't go anywhere else!!

Never used to have any problems until recently. I mentioned a filling concern to some new dentist and was told it was fine. Sure enough, a few weeks later it came out. My appointments kept getting canceled and no one would return my phone calls. Several weeks later and yet another filling is coming out. I had to have a few other fillings redone by them before which shouldn't have to be replaced so soon and often. It's either very poor work or just a money maker, but I no longer trust them.

I was extremely disappointed and upset.
I arrived early to my 10 am appt. After one hour and xrays I did not ask for I got nothing done except to be told all that was wrong. I just went to get my two front bottom teeth filled. Instead I received a bill for $ 239.40 for xrays not needed and a lot of talk. WOW
I have had over the years work done here before but trust me I will never be back. I felt like I was at Aspen Dental, after money only.

I was 6 minutes late to my dentist appt and Whitney the front desk chic turned me away. I called to say I was behind a wreck on Bridge St and was 1 minute away. She said she couldn’t take me past 5 minutes. I gave her a play by play on the phone and told her I was passing the Olive Garden (like 30 seconds from pulling in) and she still persisted on cancelling my appt.
They have a strict 5 minute late policy. I asked to speak to the dentist and he “squeezed me in” 🙄 at 2:13.
She said there weren’t any cancellations couldn’t get me in until next year. I asked to speak to the dentist
Then he magically said someone cancelled and could get me right in. 2:00 was my appt 2:13 a spot opened up.
It’s all new people too. Revolving doors here I guess On top of this they have cancelled our appointments numerous of times bc of no dentist etc. I have taken a whole day off of work and to find a substitute teacher. I have given compassion to them, but none on return. I’m switching dentist
I liked Stonecreek bc I like the people that work here. But they’re not here anymore 😂

My family loves Stonecreek Dental. My 4 and 6 year old boys actually look forward to their appointments. All 4 of us (husband included) were in at 4:00 and out at 5:00. That’s AMAZING. Friendly, prompt, excellent with children, and superlative dental hygienists and Dentists!!

I've never been a fan of going to the dentist, even as a child. But going to Stone Creek Dental has been by far the best experience I've ever had with a dentist. They did great work and where great with giving information and explaining things.

They got me in the same day! Maurice in the call center was so knowledgeable and helpful. Amy the hygienist was very caring and understanding. Dr John helped put me at ease and talked me through each step. Such an easy process from scheduling to appointment. The environment is very professional. Every individual I spoke with was very kind and caring.

I enjoyed my visit as much as you can enjoy going to the dentist. The staff was very polite, professional, and friendly. The dentist was very personable and my hygienist, Cassie, was great! I didn't wait long. And overall, I was happy with the care I received.

Was a very pleasant experience seeing Kelly for the first time as my hygienist. She was very thorough and explained what she was doing throughout the visit. I got some pointers from her and she scheduled next my 6 month visit. Great group of people - very friendly, fun office!

I’ve gone to stonecreek for years, their service and kindness has never wavered. Cassie is my hygienist, not only is she kind, easy going and personable, she does a great job with my cleanings. She’s never hurt me during a cleaning. I love stonecreek and they will continue to have my support
