My appt was at 3:00. They took us back at 3:15. They took x_rays and we never saw anyone else. They never came in to check on us or apologize. They could've at least came in to tell us they were running behind and that they would be in. So we left at 4:00. Nobody wants to wait around for an hour. My time is just as important as theirs.
