Advance Dentistry - Fairfax / Mariemont

I had a wonderful experience today at this Advanced Dentistry. Megan, who did all my x-rays, took my pictures, and kept me informed of everything that was going on was absolutely amazing and made my entire experience exactly what this business advertises and strives to be. my dentist was very gentle and kind and clear about everything that she was doing and made me feel so much better about the condition of my teeth. The treatment coordinator was also very upfront and clear about pricing and payment and my best options. I have put the dentist off for a long time and now I’m not sure why. I recommend anyone who knows they need to go, but are worried, to go here.

Love Advance Dentistry, I would not go any place else. Everyone is so nice, knowledgeable and helpful. After a really bad and painful experience at a dentist when I was younger. I avoided going for like 10 years, I then bounced around to a few different dentists. My mom convinced me to go to Advance, best decision I ever made. They helped me to get my teeth and gums back in good shape.

The place was very clean and the staff were very professional. Dr. White was very quick and thorough with her examination. They did a great job taking all the pictures they need and explaining everything to me. Maggie did a wonderful job with helping to get me the best pricing and schedule my next visit. It was nice to meet the friendly and welcoming staff like Alex, Kelly, and Victoria! Overall a great experience!

Kayla is an excellent hygienist and takes excellent care of my teeth. Always concerned with how I am doing and makes sure I am comfortable throughout the cleaning. The dentists that come in to check the teeth are always courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They always have the best interest of my teeth in mind. Definitely the place to go for dental care.

I have always Hated going to the dentist until I started going to Advance Dentistry. They are so friendly and make you feel so comfortable and at ease. All of the staff are great to work with. I love Leesa who does my cleanings every time I come. I highly recommend them!

I'm as big a sissy as there is when it comes to the dentist but Dr. Donaldson is by far the best dentist I've ever had work on my teeth. Her and her sssistants are very professional and give you a feeling of comfort and support which I need very much when I'm in a dentist chair.The only place I'll even think of going is Advance Dentistry. You do a great job! Keep up the good work!

Lindsay was both on time & thoroughly cleaned my teeth with skill & knowledge of future care! I feel I can always trust the staff to do their best job.
I was impressed with additional steps of a fluoride treatment for added protection!

Every member of the staff was so very compassionate and concerned with my comfort and anxiety, it did a lot to calm me and reassure me prior to my procedure! Dr. Goebel was very thorough and explained the procedures and the after-care. They were all so caring and made the whole experience much more bearable. I totally recommend Advance Dentistry for your dental needs! Especially if you are fearful and have anxiety!

Probably the best customer service I received in a long time. The staff, the service, everything was perfect. Too bad my insurance isn’t in their network. I will be going back for regular cleaning. I forgot the doctor’s assistant name who did all my X-rays, she was amazing and super super friendly. I fell in love with the place. I definitely recommend, 10/10!!!!

I had $8,000.00 of work done on right side of my mouth in 2021. And that side of my mouth has been sore off and since then. It has gotten worse the last few months so I went to the dentist last Tuesday the 17th. The dentist assistant was super sweet and very helpful, the dentist her self came for maybe 5 minutes and was gone. The dental assistant had to keep running her down. Finally the person that makes plan for your care came and got and took me to her of where the dentist was. The dentist started telling me everything that was wrong and that she had made notes from when I had all that work done that this or that may start hurting and she would have to do something. Which makes me nuts if I had a cracked tooth why wasn’t it taken care of than when I was a sleep?(and that’s another story all it’s own) I went here because I have had bad experiences with other dentists and wanted to be knocked out to have everything done at one time, apparently that’s not what happened and now they want close to $3,000.00 after insurance to fix what’s wrong. Really I’m still paying on the $8,000.00. My mouth hurts more now than it did when I went in 2021. I’m so mad that I’m in this much pain after spending all that money and now I’m in pain on the same side and they want a bunch more money to fix it. I really feel that something wasn’t done right the first time. Be very careful if you go to this office.
