This well trained and experienced husband and wife team work together and do a fantastic job. As a surgeon myself, I appreciate the value of clinical judgement and clinical skill; both are important. They collaborate with each other to come up with the best plan of care and execute it with perfect attention to detail. Recently I had a "dental emergency" and they got me right in. I am a "less than good" patient, I usually wait until I have a problem to make an appointment. I always leave better than I was when I got there. Every patient is a valued costumer and each tooth, a work of art. Dr. Wayne is the Michelangelo of dentistry.

The listing says that they take Medicaid and when I called They said they took Medicaid but after almost a three hour bus ride to get there I found out that they actually don’t take Medicaid. And the owner of the establishment refuses to correct advertisement saying they take Medicaid. Claimed that it was my problem that it says on their Google advertisement That they take Medicaid. I I understand and respect you only work with certain insurances but it’s a lie on multiple platforms and over the phone then tell me that false advertisement was my problem is terrible ownership and customer service. Why would I trust someone with my dental care who can’t own up To a advertising mistake and do the simple work to correct the information

The both times I was in the office was excellent. They took me right in and the results were excellent. I couldn't have asked for better work that Dr Cynthia did on my teeth. Everyone is so nice and compassionate.

To say I hate going to the dentist is a huge understatement and I put off getting in anywhere for a long time. Because of that, I needed a lot of dental work done. I had not had many, if any, good experiences at the dentist. One particular dentist did a few fillings for me and the process was horrible and painful plus my teeth looked worse after they were done. When I found out I needed quite a bit of filling work, I contemplated just not having it done at all, thankfully I went through with it. Mrs. Farber took excellent care of me, especially when it came to numbing me and making me feel comfortable. I stressed over nothing. Mr. Farbers quality of work is beyond any office I’ve ever been to which is pretty much non-existent for offices that take medicaid. He’s very particular and I spent hours sitting in the chair but it was worth it. You cannot tell that I had fillings done, the color is spot on. They were both very honest with me but I didn’t feel like they were giving judgement. I am able to smile again. To go through everyday worried about smiling is absolutely miserable. Do not make the same mistake I did, take care of your teeth and don’t put it off.

They lied to me about accepting my insurance. After booking an appointment with them, about a week later I received a voicemail saying that they actually do not accept my insurance that my appointment has been canceled. They said they only accept people on Medicaid and because I pay for my own insurance that they can't accept it. The receptionist was extremely rude and demeaning. They didn't even give me the option to still keep my appointment and pay out of pocket. I guess they don't want my money.

I've been going to Farber and Farber since I was 7 years old I had moved away but then came back within the last couple years of course I went back to where I was comfortable! They know me on a first name basis I hug them when I come in! They will treat you like family 👪

Horrible experience following a tooth re-filling. I was in extreme pain for a week, and have had periodic moments of dull pain & sensitivity subsequent to that.
The odd thing is, I don't even know why Dr. Farber refilled the tooth. I thought he just wanted my money.
I'd never had any type of pain in my teeth until that visit in the late 2000s, which was my final one. I do know that the re-filling is deep, because I've seen it on x-rays.
Take my advice. Avoid this dental practice. I seriously question their ethics.

Was a patient for years living in Norwood and all tho they were really nice people/couple, they were supposed to fill a tooth I’ve still had problems with before and after my visit with them. I went somewhere else and had the tooth taking out. I feel if they would have filled it right it would have not given me problems to have had to have it removed.

Great place and amazing staff, the lobby looks a bit generic and bland but the equipment in the patient room looks new and modern; they accepted my Aetna PPO (if that means anything to anyone) The staff's knowledge and manners are again, fantastic. My experience was great and I didn't feel judged at all for flossing "a couple times a year". I'll be going back as long as I'm in the area.
