Grandview dental has always been great at making me feel at ease & comfortable with my dental care (which isn’t my most favorite thing to do). They seem to have the latest gadgets which make any procedure I’ve had done go so smoothly. I highly recommend Grandview dental.

I have horrible dental anxiety and since I started coming here last year it’s been nothing but positive experiences. Everyone is kind and compassionate- from the people scheduling over the phone, to the receptionists, to the hygienists and dentists. Thank you all!

I had a wonderful experience with Grandview Dental Care. Very professional environment. Super friendly. They explained everything they were doing very throughly before they did it, as they did it and while they were doing it. I would recommend this practice to anybody!

I stopped going to the dentist when I was in grad school. I then continued to put it off because I was dreading a return visit after missing over 5 years of regular check ups and cleanings. Fast forward another 5+ years, and here we are. I finally decided to go for it, and I’m so glad I did! Everyone at GDC was professional, polite, and super understanding about my feelings going into the appointment. I’ll definitely be returning, and I’d recommend GDC to anyone!

Brand new client checking in. Went here to get a couple X-rays. Everyone was very welcoming and warm. They took the time to go over the X-rays in detail and explain to me in laymen’s terms what I was seeing and what the treatment plan would be going forward. I was given a quote on crowns with no pressure added. Faye was super helpful in calculating cost and talked about various options that would help me as I currently have no insurance. %100 recommend.

Grandview Dental Care is the best dentist I have attended. It seems like they actually care about your dental health. Past dentists just churn people out without taking their time. Here, they do good work and have extraordinary service. I would recommend.

Everyone at Grandview Dental is extremely friendly and you can tell they all really enjoy working there. My last appointment I told them I was pregnant, and I received a cute little tooth-related children's book. Highly recommend this practice!

If you are willing to pay $475 for just cleaning (NOT deep cleaning), then this place is for you, and they do not even tell you up front about the cost. AND with the best dental insurance you might have, they still charge you before checking your insurance. The clinic is clean however and people there are nice.

I want to start by saying I never write reviews, good or bad. I just don't think about it. But this was one of the worst experiences I've had. I'm a healthy 37 year old, in the medical field myself, who has never had any dental issues.

I went in during December for a routine check up with Dr. Max and was told I had two cavities. I specifically asked if I could wait til my next appointment to have these filled and he said he would not recommend that and would do it soon. I returned in mid January to have this done. It was a very strange appointment from the beginning. The EFDA was rude and short with me the entire time and I just had a gut feeling something was wrong with the filling. When the dentist came in, there was obvious tension in the room and she rolled her eyes at him when he left. The fillings were done and I left, specifically asking that I not have that EFDA again (I found out the following week she "no longer works there").

The first week of February, I flew to Texas and had 10/10 pain at one of the filling sites. I called the on call dentist to see if this was an emergency (it felt like my head was going to explode when I was in the air), and NO ONE called me back. I left two messages and never heard back from them until I called again on monday morning. When I got back to town, I went to have it checked out. Dr. Max never even looked in my mouth.... At the dentist office..... When I was having 10/10 pain after a dental procedure....

I called my friend (who is a dentist) after the appointment and she recommended getting xrays, which was never offered or mentioned at my appointment. I called Grandview Dental back and said I would like xrays and went back in the following day for these. I again saw Dr. Max and he again NEVER LOOKED IN MY MOUTH!!!! After he said bye and left the room, the EFDA offered just to peek in my mouth to see if she saw anything and within about 4 seconds saw that the filling had come out and I had a hole in the tooth. He returned, never once apologizing or acknowledging that he, as a dentist, should have looked inside of my mouth since I had tooth pain. He re-did the filling.

This was ok for a couple of weeks and then again began having excruciating pain. I called the on call doctor again over the weekend, twice, never receiving a call back. I'm in the medical field. I took call for 8 years. I never once just didn't call a patient back. It's totally unacceptable. Again, I had to reach out AGAIN on monday morning and as I was talking to the receptionist/nurse/staff who answered the phone, I could hear Dr. Max in the background saying I just needed a root canal and to go to an endodontist. So for a third time, he didn't even look at the tooth in question.

This story continues, I think I had a total of 6 visits to Grandview Dental, the last time refusing to see Dr Max and seeing his partner who commented he wouldn't have done the filling in the first place. After requesting an anti-inflammatory and him giving me 12 tablets (that's literally only 4 days worth-not nearly enough to resolve chronic inflammation. And I just want to note, this isn't pain medication, its high dose ibuprofen...) I decided I was not returning. They clearly do not care about their patients at all as I felt like more of a burden than anything. How dare I request my dentist to look inside of my mouth when I'm having tooth pain after he drilled on it..... I'm still in shock about that. THREE times he didn't look....

I switched practices and told the new dentist my issues and about the ongoing pain I'm having. She consulted her partner and they each took a generous amount of time reviewing my xrays, actually looking at the tooth in question and doing different tests on it, brainstorming possible diagnoses and treatment options. Interestingly, both of these dentists also said the tooth should never have been drilled on. Hmm....

6 months later, my pain has mostly resolved. They are still unsure if I'll need a root canal but aren't jumping to conclusions without even evaluating me. Don't go to Grandview Dental

This was my first visit to Grandview Dental. The experience I had with the staff was out of this world. The staff is friendly and they answered all of my questions and concerns. If you are looking for a dentist, I would highly recommend Grandview Dental.
