Grandview Dental Care

I really enjoyed my Dental services today !! I felt so comfortable and in good hands here!! Everyone is so helpful & educated. They walked me through each step with no added pressure!! The quality of service I received today was totally exceptional!! I will be returning very soon. If you're looking for great service this is it !!! You would be very satisfied because I am.

I hadn't been to the dentist for more than 5 years because I had bad experiences with them in the past. After my first visit with Emily and Dr. Max today, I feel empowered to take better, more consistent care of my teeth. All of the staff - from check in to my treatment plan session - were all SO welcoming. If you have a fear of going to the dentist like me, Grandview Dental Care is a wonderful place to try!

I was unable to make my original appointment due to my work schedule and the team was very accommodating to find a time that would work better for me. Each time I go to Grandview Dental Care I am amazed at how quickly I am done with my appointment which also helps with having a busy work schedule. The interaction with each employee is always friendly and welcoming. Overall, a very fantastic experience for something that most people don’t look forward to doing :)

I appreciate that no matter what happens, especially emergencies, a dentist is always able to accommodate me on the same day at Grandview Dental, and I always leave feeling much better than I did when I got there.

There's true compassion at Grandview Dental and I felt that from Dr. Chitkara today, who was also patient with me and explained every step of the process so I always knew what happening.

And even though my choosing Grandview Dental did not come from a recommendation, I would highly recommend them to anyone. I could not have been happier with the choice that I made.

This is the best dental office, to the person that I have ever gone too. They are kind. They are great at what they do. Organized and quick. I have been going to them since I moved back to ohio 6 years ago and send my kids here too. My husband hates the dentist and never ever complains. He also loves how fast the team works. I had a wonderful experience at Grandview Dental. Emily has been so patient and helpful with me. I was not happy about losing a tooth and Emily has made that process so much easier! She takes the time to explain procedures and takes extra time to give information about other dental concerns. Emily never acts annoyed or rushed when answering questions. Dr. Max has been wonderful as well! He is friendly, good at his craft, and takes time with his patients. Emily and Dr. Max are an EXCELLENT team! I couldn’t be in better hands!

If I moved somewhere else tomorrow, I’d probably fly back here for the care I’ve gotten at GDC. They’re wonderful human beings first and foremost. Second, they’ve been very upfront and willing to work with me on a plan that fits my budget and overall health. I can’t give enough stars in a review for them. They’ve given me my smile back after a long difficult road and I can’t be more thankful.

I've been using Grandview Dental for years and they do fantastic work. They're always on top of the latest dental technologies. When I first needed a crown, they would have to bring you in to make a mold and then ship it out and take two weeks before you have to come back a second time for fitting. Now everything is done in house and takes only a few hours. Everyone is very friendly, the place is brightly lit and clean. Really a 5 star location.

So why 3 stars? Because of the insurance salesman scare tactics that the dentists use when you don't have many major issues left. I know I have issue X and need treatment Y. Why go into the "I just had another patient like this and they didn't get Y done on time and we had to remove the while tooth. We don't want that to happen to you" type of speech? When procedures cost 100s or 1000s of dollars even WITH insurance, I'm absolutely going to weigh my options. I ended up getting a night guard because I was tired of hearing how my teeth will fall out at each visit.

So, 5 star location and service with 1 star sales pressure gets a 3 star review.

I had a toothache and called Friday they were great at fitting me in for Monday. I went in and they staff was very friendly and explained everything up front even cost for the procedure. I am not a fan of the dentist but I will definitely keep using them. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed.

After my X-ray I was told the crown that was done last March was not installed properly. There was a gap where the crown met the tooth. They are redoing it on Thursday at their expense. I REALLY don’t want to go through this again. This practice is not like it was when Dr Thompson was there. I have been a patient since 1995 and am going to look for another practice. I should have done this two years ago when they sent me a bill for 10 cents. They spent more on the postage than the bill was.
