I came to Healthy Smiles and they treated me without judgement and helped me slowly contour my fears and misconceptions. Dr. Hamza and her staff are incredibly nice and courteous. My visits are usually fast relatively speaking, true to the scheduled appointment and without a lot of waiting time. Her practice has a lot of new and cool toys that often times allow you to finish whatever work needs to be done in 1 appointment as opposed to several. Did I mention that she's open on saturdays too? Definitely recommend!!

I went to Healthy Smile Dentistry this past week for my first appointment as a new patient and the experience was as good as I could have hoped for. The appointment was just for a dental checkup and cleaning, and I chose Healthy Smile Dentistry because of its close location to where I work (over on Henderson Road) and the fact that they accepted my dental insurance (Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield). It was very easy to make an appointment and they were able to schedule me in within a week of calling. Once I got there, the entire staff was friendly and welcoming, and the appointment went very smoothly.

My appointment started exactly on time and began with a variety of dental X-rays. After the X-rays were done, Dr. Hamzeh came and did my cleaning and checkup. The cleaning was pretty standard, and the checkup was informative as Dr. Hamzeh looked over the X-rays with me. Dr. Hamzeh was extremely knowledgable and answered any questions that I had - you can tell she has a lot of experience in the field. The entire appointment was quick and only took about 30 minutes from start to finish.

Overall, I cannot recommend Healthy Smile Dentistry enough. It was one of the best dentist experiences I have ever had and I will definitely be continuing to visit them for all of my future dental needs.

I have been going to Healthy Smile Dentistry for 6+ years now, and I have been delighted from day 1.

The staff is excellent - they are very professional and flexible. They are great about calling to remind you about appointments, leaving voicemails, and offering flexible, non-standard hours for appointments. If you're a busy professional, it is good to know that your dentist can arrange 5, 5:30, and 6pm appointments.

Dr Hamzeh has always taken a personal interest in helping me to improve my dental hygiene. After 20+ years of regular brushing but rare flossing, Dr Hamzeh and her staff finally helped me figure out what was getting between me and a regular flossing routine. I used to abhor the thought of flossing. I made excuses not to floss. What did Dr Hamzeh & her staff do differently than my previous dentist of 20+ years? They listened to my reasons (busy schedule, aversion to pain and bleeding, desire to have clean hands to floss, etc) and they came up with an effective, creative suggestion which finally solved my lack of a flossing routing. I am forever grateful, and I have healthier gums now than ever before.

The office is clean and well-kept. They use all of the latest technologies, and I consider them more advanced than their typical dentistry counterparts. On the other hand, you will not see anything wastefully extravagant or frivolous there so I never feel like my money is going towards anything besides the equipment intended for the job at hand (keeping my pearly whites clean and healthy).

I believe HSD does much more than standard dental procedures. I have only used them for routine cleanings and for some light orthodontic work (removal of permanent retainer - one of best decisions I have made, but not for everyone). For all of the services they have provided me, I only have positive feedback.

Lastly, I just realized Dr Hamzeh is a graduate from the Ohio State University School of Dentistry. I am a little biased as a Buckeye alumnus, but objectively, it's hard not to like that she studied at a world-class dentistry school. She has never spoken a word about it - she is a very humble person and a consummate professional whose impressive work, intelligence, and great disposition towards her patients speak for themselves.

Dr. Hamzeh and the staff at Healthy Smile are always welcoming and accommodating to my busy schedule. When I arrive for my appointment, I am quickly setup to begin my checkup. They have taken the fear and negative stereotypes out of going to the dentist. I recommend Dr. Hamzeh to all my friends and family.

I initially chose Dr. Hamzeh, because I lived right around the corner. I have since moved to the other side of town, but have retained Dr. Hamzeh as my dentist because of her amazing work. I don't mind driving to the other side of town, if it means that I'm getting the best dental services!
