Healthy Smile is a great dental practice in Columbus, OH that features a clean facility and a friendly staff. I always enjoy going in to see Dr. Hamzeh and the garden they have outside is always maintained and cared for. It's hard to find a good dentist but I will always recommend Dr. Hamzeh to many people.

I am a new patient with Dr. Hamzeh, and just recently had a cleaning, x-rays and botox done at her office. Everything was wonderful from the moment I stepped in the door, extremely clean and a great staff, felt like I'd been a patient for years. I can't rave enough about the botox I received, I always had a forehead wrinkle the bugged me to high heaven, not anymore thanks to Dr.Hamzeh!

The staff here was very nice and accommodating, however, I was not happy with the diagnosis I received. I was told that I had 5 cavities that needed to be filled...which seemed odd because I have never had this many cavities. It didn't sit well with me, so I decided to get a second opinion from my dentist back at home when I was visiting for the holidays. They told me I only one cavity! ONE! Huge difference if you ask me... I was also told that I had brown spots on my molars that were decay, however my regular dentist at home told me they are just stains from food, coffee etc! Made me feel very uncomfortable after reading all of the positive reviews on here... obviously people are not looking into their diagnosis more. Go somewhere else before you get scammed!

New receptionist isn't up to par with the COVID-19 times. I was not feeling well this weekend so I tried to cancel my appointment this morning (closed on weekends) and she wants to charge me $25 for a late cancellation. I understand policy, but would you rather me potentially bring in COVID-19 to your dentist office?

I really appreciate the dentist's patience with me. I am a nervous patient and don't handle pain very well but the dentist and her assistants never lost their temper with me. On the contrary they were very understanding and placating. Their patience helped me get through several sessions.

I arrived at 12:07and I opened the office door at 12:08 and my appointment is at 12:00 when I arrived, she asked me for my name and date and after that I was 11 minutes late for my appointment!!! And she said we can see you because you’re late for your appointment!!!!! This is really shameful, mockery.

Dr. Hamzeh and her staff are extremely welcoming. They make sure to explain what they are doing and make you comfortable with all procedures. The office is very flexible with scheduling. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hamzeh!
