My wife and I came here for the first time a few weeks ago and were extremely happy. The place is kept impeccably clean and the people that work the desk are extremely helpful. My company actually changed providers and the front desk worked with me numerous times to hunt down my new dental insurance. Besides that fact the care that we received was amazing, you can expect to receive quick and thorough cleanings by very friendly dental assistants and hygienists. Experience was awesome! The office was able to fit me in on Saturday when I scheduled Thursday and got my permanent retainer fixed plus a cleaning and a filling I ended up needing. Everything was fast and professional and feel like it was one of the best experiences I have had at a dentist

Dr. Peng is great. She is a straight shooter, super friendly and someone I trust with my teeth. I've been a patient for 20 years and she or her staff has always done a great job and had actionable advice for my teeth.
Her staff is first rate as well! Always warm and efficient, never had to wait very long to get anything done while I'm at her office or on the phone.
Also just came back from an appointment during covid and they did a good job with safety measures.

Google won’t let me add another review, but my opinion is the same after almost two years. Unfortunately, will have to transfer to a different location as I’m moving, but at the time I lived in this area I have appreciated this iSmile office. All appointments I’ve been to have been quick and efficient with great results, which is good for me because I am able to slip in an appointment and still get to work on time. Staff has been consistently helpful and friendly. Although I did not get braces personally, I was given good information about Invisalign and braces including pricing and options to help me make the best decisions about my health. This office since 2020 also diligently follows COVID safety guidelines. Everyone who assisted me was wearing a mask, which made me feel safe. Thank you, iSmile!

The clinic has incredible technology that has made my whole dental experience pain-free and efficient compared to others. Dr. Peng and the hygienists were not very gentle or careful with teeth. I visited a Dr. Peng few times when I was younger, and switched to different dentist. I came back for a single cleaning with Dr.Peng and felt highly neglected as a patient. The cleaning was rushed and way too harsh. As a person with sensitive teeth, I definitely felt lots of uncomfortable sensations during the cleaning. They use a high frequency tool that is piercing to the ears. When explaining insurance coverage, the receptionists started raising their voices.
