I was in SEVERE PAIN and needed to find a dentist quick.....Not only were they able to get me in immediately.....they were able to verify my insurance before I arrived, and let me know my approximate charges. Unlike most dentist offices I have gone to in the past where the real pain happens after the office visit....This experience was completely different and I felt completely at ease....The Office Staff was professional, friendly, and I felt welcomed as soon as I stepped in the office.....They performed every service in a timely manner and explained every action in detail to make sure you had a full understanding of your options regarding your dental care......Dr Peng....
A Dentist with a fabulous "bed side manner" who would have thought.....Dr Peng and her staff have gained my utmost respect and a new patient.....

I first went to this dental office for an emergency I was in incredible pain and had recently moved. The doctor came in on their day off to see me the very next day. I ended up calling this dental office because of the distance from my current home and now I’ve continued to stay because of the service. I’ve never felt more comfortable at any other office and trust Dr. Peng to not only make the right decisions but perform with more than exceptional professionalism. Ive recommended friends and family and if you’re reading this look no further this is the office you’re trying to find.

I came in as a walk in & first time client who also didn’t have dental insurance at the moment. The ladies in the office are all so kind , welcoming, and professional! I was having very bad wisdom tooth pain and was just looking for somewhere to prescribe me with antibiotics so it wouldn’t become a full blown abscess/infection as my gums were already beginning to swell. I was able to get 2 X-rays done and the tooth completely extracted within a few hours! The price was also not bad at all considering I was paying out of pocket. I will definitely be referring others here! The doctor did a great job in removing my wisdom tooth and I was so relieved once it was out! :)

I traveled 2 hours to see this dentist for a broken tooth. The whole staff was amazing!! So friendly! I was very nervous and embarrassed but they made me feel so comfortable there. Dr. Peng did a root canal and when I left my tooth looked amazing. I am going back to her for a further treatment plan. I had no pain at all. I definitely recommend her and her sweet staff!!!

My wife and I have been seeing a different dentist for a couple of decades before switched to Dr Peng’s office in less than a year ago. However, we have had a great deal of amazing experience with Dr. Peng’s entire staff. Not only they are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and courteous, but also they always update themselves with latest technologies to improve their services. Most importantly, they DO care about their patients. Another great bonus is they always offer very reasonable charges which can be a huge saving to any patient.

I’m going to start off by saying that I HATE going to the dentist and put it off every chance I get. This dental office made me feel comfortable right away. All of the staff is friendly and personable. They made me feel at home, so much so that I almost forgot I was at the dentist. Thank you for making my experience so enjoyable. I will never go to another dental office.

I’ve been Dr. Peng’s patient since 2015 and she takes good care of my whole families’ oral health! The staffs are always nice and provide one of the best services! They try to answer my concerns the best way they could and I cannot appreciate it more. Best dental office in Columbus!

I am very fortunate to have called the emergency dental phone number and was connected to iSmile Dental. They got me in and had the right medication for my high blood pressure. Dr. Peng is the absolute best dentist I've ever had. She also has the best staff I've ever experienced at the dentist. I never had a root canal before and I was terrified. The assistant Diamond was great!! Diamond and Dr. Peng were very sweet to me and helped me stay calm for the parts of the procedure that I dreaded. She made sure I didn't feel anything and had very careful hands. My root canal was a success and I would rate iSmile as a top tier dental experience. I will be telling my family and friends about this place.

I havent been to the dentist in quite some time due to being nervous. But after not having a choice to go I found the ladies at ismile dental and I'll tell you I am not disappointed. They made me feel so welcomed and so comfortable that I was even excited about returning for my next visit. Everyone here is so friendly and they have inspired me to keep my teeth clean and healthy. 10 out of 10 will reccomend. I love it here!

The ladies at this office are wonderful and almost make it fun to go to the dentist!❤ I always dreaded going before. This office focuses on patient care and they go out of their way to make sure the job is done correctly while having the best experience possible. They took me in one evening when they were booked and close to end of day. The other offices I had called turned me away. ISmile took care of me and I needed a specialist for something the next day (Friday before holiday weekend). Dr. Peng was off work Friday but went into the office anyway, called around to make sure she got me an appointment with a specialist that took my insurance. She contacted me personally to give me the appointment information and make sure I could make it! This was extraordinary. I continue to go there now because they really care and explain the insurance and dental information very well. If you don't have insurance they even offer their own dental plans! So if you are looking for a great dentist with an amazing staff that takes great care of you, check this place out!
