Came in with severe tooth pain from an injury. They got me right back for an emergency root canal, and by the time I left, my pain was completely gone! Very knowledgeable staff and very friendly!! Would recommend!

I was never confident to smile before. But a month ago, everything has changed. After such a long journey with their team, I finally regained my confidence to smile. That is all thanks to Dr. Pei Peng and her team. I thank them for being such a professionals, kind, friendly, and for their excellent care to their patients.

Dr. Peng got me during the quarantine last year to pull an infected tooth. The office was closed and she met me there and pulled it. Fast forward a year later, I’m back with 2 infected teeth. She, Taylor and Diamond all made me feel comfortable, as I cried in the dentist chair. Haha. She got one tooth out while the other one is too infected and can’t be numbed. Her staff worked diligently to find an oral surgeon to pull this tooth. I highly recommend!

I was in a lot of pain. We called a few other dentists and they wanted me to wait days for an appointment without addressing the pain I was in. My wife Called iSmile and they were able to get me in within a couple of hours.

Everyone there was very friendly and showed concern for my pain and anxiety. I’m no longer in pain and would highly recommend them to anyone that needed a dentist!

Visited iSmile for the first time for a cleaning few weeks ago and staffs were professional and friendly there. This will be my to-go place whenever I have dental needs.

I’ll start by saying, my case was a DIFFICULT one. Dr. Peng had to work on one of my upper molars several times - and she did it all with care, patience and talked me through the entire process. This practice is by far the BEST dental practice is Columbus, Ohio. Diamond (an assistant), is so personable - and makes you feel comfortable - while at the dentist. 10/10 recommend going here for all of your dental needs. Normally, you have to wait for retainers, crowns, etc but this office does it all!!!

I thank God for blessing me to go to Dr. Peng. I was greeted with the best customer service ever. The Doctor and her staff are awesome. Doctor completed a root canal that was painless. I highly recommend Dr. Peng and her Staff. I wish I could give them more than five stars.

It's been several that years that I've been seeing Dr. Peng for my dental work. I'm always met with friendly and professional staff at the front desk. At times, they've had to help me figure out how to navigate issues with my insurance. Much appreciated!

Dr. Peng and the hygienists are excellent at what they do. They are masters in their craft, and very informative about needs and options.

Today, as I left my dental cleaning appointment, I realized one of the reasons why the dental group is called iSmile. iSmiled when I got there and iSmiled as I left. I even felt like smiling a few times as I had my teeth cleaned and worked on.
