I am new to the area after moving here recently and tried to set up an appointment as a new patient. The girl who answered the phone did not seem to know what she was doing. I think her name was Kendra or something like that. I had to keep telling her I needed an afternoon appointment when she tried to give me morning appointments. I told her I could schedule out as far as needed to get an afternoon appointment and she told me that I couldn’t do that way in very rude way. When I asked to speak to someone else she told me that I should call back when I knew when I needed the appointment. Finally I just got frustrated since this practice doesn’t seem to want to accommodate their patients schedules. I am looking for a different practice for my dentist.

This place is an EXCELLENT office. Dr. Garrison, Nick, Kim,Bailey, Joyce and Ashley are personal type people. What do I mean ? The conversate with you on a friend to friend-like level. They explain procedures and make you feel comfortable. Even at the last point of service, scheduling the next appointment, you have beautiful and bubbly Ashley. She is comical. Contrary to popular beliefs of dental offices, this office stands out as a rare gem in dental service. Check them out. You definitely won't be disappointed but glad you came.

First time I went, I waited over a hour and a half. They told me I needed work done. I scheduled that trying to give them a second chance and came in, she accidentally scheduled me for the following week when I couldn't come in. I rescheduled with one last chance and came in for the work. I didn't actually need the work said the different, extremely nice, dentist. I will never go back.

I personally like this location better then their other branches, the waiting area is nice with lots of space to sit. Receptionist are always friendly, doctor and all staff are so nice and they keep you up on they are doing inside your mouth, if they aren’t busy then you’re usually in and out within hour of your appointment unless you need more work done.

Do not waste an hour and a half out of your day to come to this office! I had a scheduled appointment only waited about 15 minutes in the waiting lobby... not bad... however sat lying back in the chair for AN HOUR. Once I was finally acknowledged the dentist was not friendly and rushed in and out for 5 minutes of seeing me. I had this appointment for 2 reasons... one a chipped tooth to get filed and the other and the main reason to fill a cavity. He did not even look at my chart for my visit, filed the tooth down and went on his way. Unbelievable and very unprofessional needless to say my husband and I both had horrible experiences and will never be returning.

I went to have my wisdom teeth looked at and their crummy dark X-ray showed I have two impacted wisdom teeth on top but none on the bottom, but I’ve been having a lot of pain in the bottom in the back. They also said I needed to have my cavities checked. Waited two an half hours to get two cavities checked out. Have been in so much pain since. The dentist couldn’t even remember which teeth had the cavities. I’ve learned that the cavity was so early on, that I didn’t even need to have it fix or to be in such excruciating pain. I could’ve fixed it by myself at home. I wasn’t in pain at all before they touched my mouth. He didn’t give me any other option but to have it filled. And when he cleaned my teeth he was rough and my gums bled, I know that’s something that happens I guess. But it shouldn’t have caused me to be in such pain

Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! Our first appt was so overbooked for the time that people were standing around. Our second appt was for my 8 year old that needed two baby teeth removed. The dentist doing the work had no compassion and told her to chill out in a rude way because she was wiggling. Both of my kids said they never wanted to go back there. Now 6 months later at a new place for a check up they inform me there is still a piece of her tooth left in her gum. Obviously he didn't even take the time to make sure that he got it all out.

The WORST service I have ever experienced. We had a "10:00am" appointment, APPARENTLY along with 10 other individuals. Myself, my husband, and my four year old son waited 1 hour and 15 minutes and STILL had yet to be seen (mind you, we were just there for an annual cleaning). When we arrived the waiting room was so full there was no seats available to sit down, so of course I asked the girl at the front desk how long of a wait it was and she said "not long at all". Not long at all??? An hour and fifteen minutes is INSANE! The interior of the office is very nice, so it's an absolute shame that there scheduling is so out of control. They DESPERATLY need someone to come in there and figure out how to manage the office better. I now have wasted an entire morning and time that I cannot get back because we ended up just walking out, I was not gunna wait any longer. As they had called me back, and then left my husband and my son STILL waiting, as I was taken back and put in ANOTHER room to wait longer 😂. DO NOT waste your time or energy going here.

I went there. I had cleaning done and it wasn't great but okay. Then I went back and they wanted to fill some old fillings. The first filling was a terrible experience. I had to go back and they did try to fix it. The second one was better. However, the first one actually broke my tooth a few weeks later. Now it's going to cost me for a crown. I have gone to OSU students for the last 30 years and I am going back because the students do a better job. This place is so worried about getting the job done quickly (even though you wait quite a bit) that the quality is extremely poor. I will not be back and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to go either.

My fiancé and I both go to the Dental Group - or used to! Expect to wait at least an hour before being called into the office and another 30 minutes to be seen. They pile people back there and do not care for your time or issues. The front desk is also very unprofessional. They are rude to the guests and were talking about going out to bars and getting roofied.

Best advise... stay away. There was 6 of us waiting for an 1030 to 1130 appointment past 1230 and everyone was complaining about their bad experience - some say the dentists are rough but I never had the chance to even meet them, I walked out after 1.45 hours (and this was my second time walking out).
