I called in Monday around 12:30 and spoke to Kendra to try to make an appointment. I had heard good things from friends about The Dental Group so thought I would try them. I felt as though something was distracting her from trying to find an appointment that met my needs. She actually acted as though I was annoying her by telling her that certain appointments wouldn’t work for me. I didn’t want to take an appointment that I couldn’t keep so was just trying to be honest. First impression of just dealing with the lack of professionalism on the phone was enough to turn me off to going there.

I was new to the area and needed an emergency appointment. they were able to see me right away and refer out for a root canal. so i have little experience with their actual work. But I am extremely disappointed in their client care. I had a question about a bill i received 3 months later. I thought i had paid in full at the time of service. I called 5 times, each time i was promised a call back. I NEVER received a call back from them. one time i even said, "so you're going to call me back? bc i have heard that before" and they said, "yes, i will call you." they never called. not worth it. dont go here.

I absolutely love the Dental Group! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. as they answered all my dental and insurance questions.
My dentist was fantastic! The practice is beautiful and I love the 36" TVs in the rooms I highly recommend going to The Dental Group!

this is the worst place I"ve ever been. I took my mum there for dental work. the dentist was very rude. they scheduled her and when we got there they were telling us stories, so she wasn't taken care of and we had to drive back again. I Didn't like the dentist, he was rude and disrespectful. not even a free clinic would offer such a service,. the worst part is after everything the wrote my mum date of birth wrong on the prescription and I had to drive back again for 20 min back to the office to go get the right prescription. this place is a joke. no one knows what they"re doing and communication is horrible. I paid for a year membership fee for my mum. she still has a free dental cleaning to receive but am not going back there EVER AGAIN. DONT WAI YOUR TIME.

So unprofessional I'm absolutely disgusted! I can't believe you really have to rate this to leave a comment. No stars for my family! We have been going to this dentist for years, stupidly😜I guess I have a screw loose bc I was the last to leave! My 17 yr old son even refused to go back! I took my sister 1 afternoon and decided to wait in the truck. I fell a sleep woke up 4 hrs later walked in bc I seen her at reception. She went to have 1 tooth pulled btw. Figuring she was done like I said I go in & find out they only numbed her after 4 hours! This office doesn't deserve to be open!

First I want to say is front desk staff ladies are very friendly. I also have been going to this dentist office for 6 years. I had an appointment for check up and cleaning on Tuesday. Literally was there for over 2 hours and my actual patient time was maybe 15 mins between x-ray, cleaning and once over with dentist. The waiting area was packed. You really feel like cattle in a 'chop shop'. Herd as many as they can per hour. God knows how much in insurance they collected for my 15 mins of patient care.... Anyway I needed a buccual procedure on a tooth (had one done back earlier this year). I made appt to have it done this morning. I never received any cost info or anything in writing before I left on Tuesday. So I come back this morning expecting to find the dentist I saw on Tuesday. But alas, a substitute dentist is there. Never been there before. He looks at my chart and I'm basically telling him what my procedure is and he is focusing on a tooth that was marked as 'watch' on my next check up. I repeated I am supposed to get a buccual done and I wasn't prepared to do the other procedure today. The dentist does the procedure and then I go up front expecting the cost to be the same as 5 months ago. I paid $50 after insurance then. I am told $138. Wait. What? No. The girl says it is coded as a filling. That is not what was done. A filling takes longer than 5 mins. I argued it and insisted they call the insurance company. Filling was the code so that is what she told insurance company. The cost ended up being $100. I feel like this dentist coded my procedure incorrectly in order to bring in more money. I am seriously considering contacting the licensing board to report this. Now I want to pull my insurance claim history to see what is being billed. I honestly feel like had the regular dentist had been there instead of the substitute, I wouldn't be writing this review or going to the trouble of finding a new dentist office. Tuesday's 'cattle like' experience raised some flags but after today, I am concerned.

I had an appointment at 10am, but they didn't work on me until 11:30am. That was an hour and half waiting just to get my teeth cleaned! I could have used that time doing my errands. That was the LONGEST wait I ever had at a dentist's appointment! I will NEVER go back there again!

Horrible experience! Dr. Morgan was unfriendly, not very helpful and I had a terrible canker sore, which I told him about, and he kept hitting it! He didn't try to avoid it, he was not gentle and one time he hit it so badly, I had to pull away from him. He also said he'd take a look at my retainer for TMJ and then didn't. I had to track him down and bring him back to look at my retainer. The saying goes, "You'll never get a second chance to make a first impression." He definitely won't-I refuse to go back.

DO NOT GO HERE! There was not even a hint of privacy in the small waiting room which we waited in for 30 minutes after our appointment time. Overall, we were at this "practice" for 1.5 hours and only 15 minutes of that time was attributed to the exam and cleaning--the fastest and most incomplete exam and cleaning I have ever witnessed.

Terrible place. Have messed up my dentures not once but twice having to remake them entirely. And once had me drive all the way there missing work to do so to pick up the set they didn't even have, or could find once I'd gotten there and it was realized they messed up. Worst part is, they take no responsibility for these mishaps, blaming the prior staff or the lab that they use to make these, grow up dentalgroup, and get it together!
