Had a very good session several times. However the are 2 people who bring down the whole visit. They will text you a quote, and not back it. I let them know I had new insurance, but instead they priced it at the old insurance price. They were very aggressive telling me 3 times Yea your going to owe us 300.00. The last time I was walking out the door and was told that. Then they had nerve to text me we have a price from your insurance company. I didn't reply for a while, then I did and was text back this was for appt reminders only call the office. Even though they text me several times with questions. I called the office and was passed off to one of the 2, She told me 281.00, I went over the whole story. The answer was 281.00. I said good bye. I then called back and explained I wanted to schedule an appt. for a cavity and my mistake was I said at that time I could let the Dr. here what happened.. I was told nothing till end of Feb. or March. There is no way to talk to the Dr. Those two run the place an that is that. I really want to talk to the Dr hopefully he will read this and call. I doubt it The two will keep it from him. Great Dentist the best I had. Those two no way, they need to take a course in Customer Service.
REPLY TO THE FLUFF RESPONSE It has nothing to do with 3rd party and not knowing what insurance pays. It was your fault that I was quoted Delta Dental instead of my new one Humana. I received a text from someone telling me it was going to be 450.00 not a estimate but here is the cost. So your response does not give a clear answer to what really happened. Also my you told me in your own words said it was up. I took it has it scrolled up when other messages came in. That is on you, you should have look from the start of the messages from when you left the day before. Telling me the number of years the practice has, again has nothing to do with my issue. There was a lot of fluff in your answer that did not leave me with the answer. I can not believe you can not admit it is your fault and whoever sent me the text with the price was using the wrong insurance. I would like to know who sent me the text. Can I get that answer. You never answered the question Does Dr. Callejo know about this issue. I would like a response with some real answers not fluff. You know I am on disability and have to deal with real prices, you have always in the past have been within a few dollars, why was this time different? Because you gave me the cost of the wrong insurance. Maybe 281.00 is nothing to you but it is a lot for me! It's Monday still no answer if Dr. Callejo knows about the issue or how I can speak with him! 3 weeks later I paid the 281.00, I like the Dentist and I need a tooth fixed. Sometime later I got an appointment for 1/15 ro get my tooth fixed my front tooth had a hole in it. I thought it was the same tooth i had fixed once before I asked the Dr. he said I will check but that is as far as that went, and it was never brought up again .

Would highly recommend. The staff is caring and professional. Love Dr.Callejo. The office is clean and they make you feel comfortable.

It has been a pleasure to work with this dental group for all of my dental needs. They are very experienced, professional, and at the same time they show a lot of compassion. They have all newer style equipment and do their best to make your dental experience a pleasurable one. I highly recommend this Dental Group for all of your future Dental needs! :)

Although my father has been going to Dr. Callejo for 25 years (one of his first patients) he has continually raved to me about him. I went today for Botox and was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of new facial enhancement trends. He did not try to “oversell” me and even set up a follow up appointment in two weeks to make sure his work was completed to both our satisfactions since I was a first time patient. I am looking for a new dentist (mine retired) and on the way out I asked the Technician to investigate whether my insurance would cover well. I have my fingers crossed!

I had excruciating pain today. Called and they got me in within 25 min. I've always enjoy this office. I've been a patient from the beginning and I've NEVER had a bad experience. Dr. Callejo is amazing. Very comforting, funny, easy going, knowledgeable. I am Avery happy client.

Just got home from my root canal being Finnished up. I am so blessed to know Dr. Callejo and his team. We are like family each time I'm in. The care and knowledge they have is superb!!!!! Always looking g forward to my appointments.

Another appointment today. Such good people. They are always amazing. So good with my littles tagging along. I just am so thankful to be a patient. Thank you!!!!!!!

Dr. Callejo's office is friendly, caring, and able to take care of everything I need. Sara (my hygienist) is gentle and thorough. Doc and Jess just got me through some crown work, and it was a (relative) breeze!

The Dr and the staff were great. They took me through every step and made sure i understood what was going on at each step. I'm very happy with their service.

I was in a lousy mood when I walked in. To many issues on my mind. I received such a friendly greeting and smile from the staff, my heart began to melt. My root canal was not any fun, but the caring and the politeness shown to me, and between the staff was wonderful. I learned a very important fact when I was ready to leave. This Dental practice will leave you feeling better than when you arrived. Try them out.

Dr Callejo actually cares for his patients and what's best for them. The staff is nice and friendly. You definitely get the best care for your money there. I would definitely recommend Artisan Dental Group. I've tried others, but they're the best!

I had the pleasure today of having Sara do my three month dental cleaning. She is very thorough yet gentle! Sara is the BEST! I give her a 5-Star rating.
