I would like to thank MAK Dental in Troy, OH for a much better experience than the Eaton Office. The office is very nice, the staff is very pleasant and professional. Nina, the dental hygienist was wonderful. She listened to my needs, addressed my concerns in a very professional and caring manner. Thank you Troy Office for re-establishing my faith in MAK Dental.

Very welcoming, efficient and thorough. Nina explained everything she was seeing in the x-rays and with her camera. I left with a complete detail of work I needed to have done and the expected cost. Very professional yet also personal.

My experience with this practice was not good. I was greeted by a dentist who not only did not introduce himself but proceeded to find multiple areas of concern. I visited my dentist in Oklahoma on a return trip there and he double checked and found nothing . My visit today to another local dentist confirmed what my Oklahoma dentist had told me. It appears that the dentist either didn’t know what he was doing or found unnecessary problems to pad the fee. Not only that I was overcharged for a treatment that my insurance covered. When questioned they refused to refund the entire amount . Only refunded what the insurance company reimbursed not what I had been charged .

Mak Dental never disappoints! The staff is always welcoming, friendly and professional!! Mak himself is a great guy and dentist! I highly recommend Mak Dental Group to everyone I know! Thank you as always for your hard work and amazing customer service!

I was having extreme tooth and gum pain over the weekend and called first thing Monday morning and they got me in ASAP. They provided me several options and referrals for Endo and Oral Surgeons. Very nice and professional group and not pushy like some other groups in town.

Always have a great experience! Easy to get in last a minute appointment wihich is awesome for parents with a full schedule. Sierra at the front desk is always so helpful, and always has the biggest smile on her face ! Makes you feel welcome and like family!

Had another six month cleaning in Troy. Staff is always professional and friendly. Also pleasantly surprised by the price - even without insurance the cost of cleaning and exam were much less than I expected. Best dental clinic I've ever dealt with!

Had yet another fantastic visit with the MAK Dental Group. Sierra was very professional when setting up the appointment and other future visits. Both Mallory and Allie remember me by name and some of our past conversations and made me feel welcomed. The best dentist experience I have had to date. It has been several years since my last dentist appointment... mainly due to dissatisfaction with a new dentist that took over a family practice. It was refreshing to walk into MAK Dental this morning and see smiling faces that greeted me as I entered and warmly welcomed me. The hygienist that did my cleaning was kind and provided detail / clarification along the way. After several sets of x-rays and some deep cleaning, my teeth felt great! Dr. Scranton came to examine my teeth and explained everything that needed to be done. Was highly impressed with how well she and the rest of the staff explained / walk through the plan for treatment! Was pleasantly surprised by the 'treatment plan' that was handed to me before I walked out the door, which included exact pricing and detailed insurance coverage information for each treatment. While I don't ever really 'look forward' to going to the dentist, I definitely feel at ease and very comfortable here.
