My kid had an emergency situation and the secretary absolutely refused to let the dentist see him because we was 4mins late thanks to their worker telling me Troy was closer to me than the other location. The secretary wouldn't even ask the dentist if he would still see em.

Been with this company for a long time. However, recently they have been giving me the runaround. The story changes every visit regarding my root canal/ lengthening. The stories clash every time. They are so nice so I don’t want to get angry but at times I feel like I’ve been flat out lied to.

Worse place I've ever been took almost an hour and a half for 2 fillings, this place is a joke, they only thing they seem to care about is keeping you in the room longer so they can getvmore money out of your pocket

I would rate one. Just because of the front office people are helpful and prompt.
Treatment is one of the worse experiences that i had with MAK Dental Group, Troy.
Dr Mak saw me only 2 mins on my very first visit and after that he gave it to assistants. I strongly have doubt whether they did DDS or any practice.
I was not knowing about this clinic before taking an appointment with them . I took it just because it's nearing my home. But then i realized i did a big mistake.
The front office people are nice in fact they are very helpful.
But the people who treated me is really an awful experience i do not have even worse word to explain the pain that i undergone.
For cleaning they asked me to take ( 1 st is on October 1 ,oct 2nd and October 22) appointment i took it every time they are taking more than 2 hrs to finish they asked me to take one for left side cleaning and another is for right side cleaning and for fillings.
When they did the right side they are in a hurry and the lady who treated me literally breaking my teeth by applying all the mechanical screws i was on a helpless situation with anesthesia and middle of treatment.
And the pain that i underwent literally more than two weeks to come out.
I visited many but i never faced such an embarrassing treatment.
This is not a clinic where you can get GOTO dentists.

I love the care they provided for myself and my 2 small children. I wouldn’t choose anywhere else to go! The office is beautiful, the employees at every level were above par and they are so personable. High recommendations to this group. Particularly the Troy office 😉

I am so glad that I did...I am staying and am extremely excited about my results here. I have been treated great and it is a very friendly family like experience.

Fantastic dentist! Aside from how fast I got In and out the dr and nurses were well spoken about my questions and made me feel like the whole office was there for me even though the office was full. I'd give more than 5 stars if possible!
