I am going to 2 stars, because I feel like some of the people that work there are pretty rude and don't seem to have much concern...... I was suppose to go in to have a tooth next to my extraction site looked at (I noticed a chip last week, next to gum line) today (11/21), but they refused me because I can't bite down to do the xrays. I had xrays done right before my extractions (6 days ago) I'm still healing, how can they expect someone to be able to "bite" with no upper front teeth & this soon after 4 extractions? My whole mouth is still tender, inner upper lip n gums especially, & the roof of my mouth a little at times............ It would be nice to have someone actually care and listen to me, instead of acting like they don't and every time they get a call, they act super annoyed & try to figure out the quickest way to get you off the line & they talk over you too........ I'm sure it's not just me thats dealt with this............ The Dentist there though, he is great, never once acted like I bothered him with my concerns or questions............. Now it looks like I've got to work hard to find another Dentist soon, before something else goes wrong or I need more work............... Going on nearly 3 months of the back and forth............

I’ve been going to this place since high school and I’ve seen so many new dentist at this one place. It was so hard to keep a dentist here. I’m glad they went through so many dentist cause now they have found one that is so amazing! Dr. Jones is an awesome dentist. He’s good at what he does and he makes sure the girls have a fun working environment! Would definitely recommend!

my boys will not be back. i brought my 15 year old son to dr jones and he poured on the flamboyant flirtation toward him. we got out of there as quickly as possible. when the office says jones wouldnt be that way. but he was. period. they werent interested and we wont be back
