I would give this place zero stars if I could. They are the worst! The customer service is non existent. I went in with dental insurance while they were advertising “free exams.” It was close to closing so they had to verify my insurance the next day in order for me to get a payment plan on the work I needed done. I tried for weeks to get in touch with someone about my plan to no avail. I eventually gave up and went to flawless smile (amazing place, go there instead!) now I have a $200 bill showing up on my credit with this ridiculous place. I called about it. Guess what? No response! How can I have a $200 bill for a free exam while also having dental insurance! Scammers!

Second going and they were kind, understanding, even when it came to my anxiety of dentist and were very considerate of what pronouns I use once I told them I am genderfluid

Aspen Dental is a scam. They gave my husband an estimate but they overcharged him over a thousand dollars. His insurance paid them plus we made payments to pay for the medicine to sedate him. They just scam people.

I’m with most people in not enjoying going to the dentist and being critiqued on every flaw on my teeth because I honestly don’t have great teeth and I get judged usually almost instantly. Usually when I go to the dentist I instantly feel uncomfortable and I just want to leave. The D.A that took care of me was one of the sweetest people I’ve met. Her name is Susie and she’s also one of the first people to make me feel actually comfortable in a dental scenario. Everyone else was also great! But she deserves this review and her performance and attitude really stood out and for that I thank you so much! Thank you Aspen Dental for taking care of me and to any new customers or potential customers I 100% recommend the location in Claremore, Oklahoma!

I'm sure they will reply to me as "feel free to reach out to our customer service number!" But nah. They have none. Worst experience with a dentistry. They scammed me through so much money for the bare minimum. LIED so many times to my face. Burned my mouth and throat with bleach so bad. the xray tech was SO unnecessarily rough and scratches your mouth up. Had to go home with an unfinished root canal and wait to be seen by a dentist who could actually do it as he drove up there from BA. Not to mention I spent so many HOURS in their waiting room and on the chair, sometimes over 4 hrs! 8,000 amd "free" invisalign? Haha you got me this time, (Dr.Reza) i could go on and on about this place. I will ONLY be going to family owned practices who have ethics from now on. Billing is a complete mess, got dragged out for years over additional charges added to the bill just labeled Debit Balance and Aspen Dental never responded to multiple phone calls for biliing questions. They did the same thing to my daughter, she received an additional bill at the same time that I received one for the exact same amount that they tacked on to my bill. She did eventually get a hold of someone and they told her the additional amount was for what the insurance didn't pay. The problem with that is she didn't have insurance, she paid the bill in full on the date of service. Their only response was whoops and they removed the additional charges for her. As for mine, they never responded to my many, many phone calls and then sent me to collections. Avoid if at all possible.

I came in on 7/26/21 with an emergency abscessed extraction. I told them I would have a child with autism with me and that speed of service was a must due to her anxiety. The staff was wonderful about checking on her. The Dentist was great and explained possible complications from infection and decay.
The problemsI have with Aspen Dental are that it takes several hours for any service we have had done there. It does not matter whether you have an appointment or walk-in. The other issue is their financial practices. A patient is left waiting for at least half an hour just for the finance person to appear. Then they demand full payment before work can begin. They offer "coupons" to supposedly save patients money but the final price is still equal to or more than other practices.. Additionally, they pressure patients to accept future work. It is like being at a car lot.
Truthfully, the only reason we use Aspen Dental is because it is easy to get an appointment for emergencies.
If my regular dentist had been available I would have gone there.

Everyone was polite and respectful and understanding. Didn't talk to me like I was ignorant, All but one young woman at a desk behind the front desk clerk. She was a little rude when I wanted to see the office manager. The manager was busy at the time, I understood that. The way the young woman said the manager will call me at a certain time was sarcastic. Besides that everyone else were professionals. I know nothing usually happens to women that sits at the desk, with their attitude the way they talk specially to patients. They still get their paychecks. Sorry so blunt that's just the way it is.

Upper denture broke Halloween night. Went to Claremore Aspen Dental office. Have nothing but good things to say. Staff is true “Dream Team”.! Treated me with patience & understanding. Old chomper had broke in three pieces while at a Theory show, I did not have them anymore. No problems. Seeing some problem with Billing in some reviews. My experience with Tiffany, she’s not there to “screw” anyone. If anything she is looking for ways to help. Great big THANK YOU to entire staff.

I have them 5 stars because of the dentist at Aspen Dental are very professional and cared about how much pain working on teeth can be, they made sure that it was painless, I had 4 wisdom teeth pulled and another upper left 4th from the front pulled and I didn't feel a thing. Even the cleaning was painless.
The only complaint I had was during the explanation of expenses was they were going to charge $2,329.00 out of pocket above what my insurance was going to pay which was $2000. But I agreed to having the upper left tooth extracted instead of a root canal and crown. Then it went down to $91.00 out of pocket. Wow that's a lot of difference! It was a great compromise to loose a tooth but for us who don't have a money tree,it only made sense. Thank you Aspen Dental. I'm sorry I don't remember the Dentist names but excellent job guys
