Best dentist experience ever. Clean, attractive office. Friendly, professional, informative staff. Rebecca in particular really impressed me. She went above and beyond to explain things to us and help us get info we needed. That hard-working lady deserves a raise! My favorite thing about Aspen was I left there feeling like they really cared.

Short and to the point. Who really likes mouth pain? Aspen Dental completely understands this and makes sure you dont feel a thing. I know, I just had work done for dentures. Highly recommend for all your dental needs. Friendly, understanding and compassionate.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a scam. First, I waited an hour to be seen. Then, they wanted to charge me 250 dollars for 2 deep cleans when I just wanted a regular cleaning. I left and went to my old dentist who had a sudden opening that day.

Based on my experience I say to anyone, just don’t go to this place. I had a tooth extracted over one year ago. It was the most barbaric experience I’ve ever had. The dentist told me “calm down and don’t forget to breathe.” Their billing practices are sketchy at best. Hold on to your wallet. I paid my part at the time of service and they billed my insurance for over $1000 and a year later they’re sending me surprise bills for over another $350! Total scam. Total customer no service at Claremore office.

They will know me up there by Krystal Haley. I had been in so much pain due to my dental issues, and always ended up disappointed by the lack of care from other dentists. As soon as I walked into Aspen Dental I was greeted with kindness. I wasn’t sure I was going to be able to get done what needed to be done due to lack of insurance. Then my mom and I met Rebecca, she went above and beyond to make sure I was going to be able to get the work I needed done. She was so companionate and I even feel like I left with a new friend! The deep cleaning I had done with Misty was a pleasant experience as well! The lady which I feel so badly for not remembering her name off the top of my head, but she was assisting the dentist and I just love her! She not only was great at her job. She also calmed my nerves with her presence. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate them all up there, and I now I can live day to day without the pain I had been in for over a year. Thank you Ladies! ♥️

My experience at the Aspen Dental Office was a very enjoyable experience, but on the other hand my experience with the Aspen Dental call center was a total disaster. The call center made my appointment at one time and entered it in their computer for a different time and they told me that they couldn't go back and change it but the first time I was given was my actual time. Then the call center booked my appointment at an Aspen Dental office in a totally different state. I mean I live in Oklahoma so why would you book me an appointment in the state of Georgia? I will definitely go back to the Aspen Dental office but I will not ever use their call center again because of all the confusion that they caused.

After receiving a $4,000 quote for a single tooth implant from another dentist office, I decided to shop around. This is what led me to Aspen Dental. Their quote was half the price!!

Their financial office helps me get the dental care I need. The office staff is courteous and helpful.

Hygienist Misty does a superb job! When I leave, I know my teeth are clean.

My husband went in for his check-up and cleaning, due to covid we hadnt been able to get him into a dentist, not Aspen’s fault, they schedule fast. The dentist said that he was impressed with how my husband takes care of his teeth. The problem is they kept him for an hour and a half, no cleaning. They told him the treatment plant for an implant and a partial was $10,000 and tried to get him to sign without speaking to me (Im the policy holder and payee.) My husband laughed, took down his mask and said “are we doing this treatment in space?”he just wanted a cleaning. They sent him out to me with a “treatment plan” sheet that had no services listed, just prices. He said this is for just the full mouth debridement, but no where does the sheet say this. It says $1500 with a “discount” of $700 (something.) My insurance is prepaid cigna and I looked at the patient charge schedule (which I recommend you do with any visit to this dental office,) a cleaning is free and a full mouth debridement is $110. The hygienist there is amazing and he should go find a family practice, Id see him on his own, and pay him the $110 straight over. I have no idea what the other $1390 is for because there is no itemization, so hopefully that’s part of the space trip? Either way, I am pulling my family from Aspen and finding a new dental office. The tech is flashy and very cool if you're into that but the up-sales are insane. Not even having the decency to call the payee/policy holder and itemize treatment plans is highly suspicious and I don't even want to discuss it now. If you can say “no,” and don't find what we went through insulting then please go see their hygienist in the corner office, the dentist is nice enough also, but none of them are Elon Musk, so I dont think we are getting a trip to Mars anytime soon.

I was in pain from an abscessed tooth and was treated with respect and kindness from start to finish. Just like the TV commercials state, my plan of treatment was matched to my income and a monthly payment plan was agreed on. Everyone knew their job and did it with expertise. I am grateful and will recommend Aspen to anyone. Penny Fruth
