You need to make sure from your insurance company ( not from them )that they are in network , otherwise they will misguide you and overcharge their services even with insurance.They will not start the cleaning etc. before you pay them , you need to literally get up from chair , pay and go back to finish, then they will send an additional bill despite fact they tell you this will be the whole cost. Their dental services are mediocre too.

I came in with one problem and they told me that they wouldn't even talk about that problem until they did a full mouth work up, something that would cost more than a thousand dollars. This was after they couldn't find any other problems. They are like dealing with car salesmen, always trying to upsell you. I had a small chip and they told me they wouldn't fix it, they would only replace the entire tooth with a $4000+ implant. I had a full set of x-rays and cleaning less than 3 months ago and they told me they would need to do their own, that's expensive as heck. They looked at my teeth and said they were perfect. Then when this new dentist couldn't find any problems either, he said he needed thousands of dollars of x-rays and to replace an entire tooth. The tooths already fake, it had a small chip. I've had a lot of dental work done, I know what they can do. Go somewhere else, anywhere else.

Everyone was very nice! Crystal was patient and explained everything very well; her knowing Spanish was a bonus! They were very sweet and patient with our four year old. We really enjoyed our first visit there and can’t wait for our next one! Definitely recommend!

Redbud was okay - nothing fancy, but they were kind and attentive to what I needed. Accepted my insurance, which was super helpful. That said, there were a few things that were a little off.
I sent over my X-rays earlier in the week and then had to wait longer than my cleaning took for them to get the photos uploaded to my chart because they said they didn’t receive them. All good - we sent them again and all was well.
Also, the two different ladies who were assisting the dentist were not able to keep up with the info he was telling them about the different types of dental work I needed done, and after doing that twice, the dentist had to go through and verify it himself a third time.
I understand that things happen, so I must have caught everyone on an off-day. (Except for the woman who helped with financial information. She was incredibly kind and helpful the whole time.)

Dr. Peck and Dr. Abe at Redbud Dental have been very thorough and very helpful during each of my visits. The staff are awesome. Angela, who performed my cleaning today, was great, as was Isabella, who handles financing. Highly recommend.

This was truly one of the best dentist visits I've had. Angela was wonderful and we both feel like we've made a new friend while I was getting super clean teeth. Pain free visit with no snagged gums or anything during the cleaning. Dr. Abhinav took time to explain what he was seeing, how the different filling materials from previous dental work effected what we're seeing today and even showed me pictures of what we'll need to do since I expressed interest in the process. I've found my new dental practice!
