I haven't seen a dentist in a handful of years and this was an initial consultation to evaluate my dental health and get an idea of what needs to be done to improve it. The experience with Dr. J. Peck and the staff definitely exceeded my expectations and was very professional (but personable), thorough, and clear cut. The facility is clean and comfortable and the evaluation seemed to be straightforward and honest (clearly explained in every step of the process) which was most appreciated. I also appreciate the various payment options offered (particularly the 4 month plus 5% fee payment option) which does make an investment in the health of your teeth a whole lot easier to obtain if you're having to consider a budget as I do. I just started going here today and it is, without a doubt, one of the BEST experiences I've ever had at a dentist's office. Dr. Jay Peck and his amazing staff were not only very patient with me, they went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable during my procedure a couple of days ago. I will be seeing them again on January 2nd, but because of how they treated me today, I'm not going to be as scared of the procedure. These guys are officially MY dentist and I'm so proud to announce that. You guys rock!

This is the first dental office I have experienced where customer service is a top priority. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and have sincere, caring attitudes. What a positive group of employees Dr. Peck has assembled and, to me, that makes a big difference when going to a dentist. Not only is Redbud Dental client oriented, but it is a state of the art facility. One would think that it would be more expensive, but the opposite is true. The prices are very reasonable! If one reads the Mission statement hanging in the office, the philosophy of his practice is very apparent. Dr. Peck blends customer care with top notch dentistry. He practices what he preaches and honors his commitment made to his patients.

I will never go anywhere else! Redbud Dentists and Staff are simply amazing. Very kind, gentle and patient! I have anxiety at Dental offices, don’t we all to some degree? However a lot of that anxiety has been alleviated knowing I’m in good hands here. They talk you through everything they do (assuming you have a procedure there) and theres very very minimal to NO pain, at any point. They kept me smiling/laughing throughout. I will always be grateful for that!! They treated me, my husband and my oldest just like family, just all around great people. I hope I never find myself moving out of Oklahoma because this will 100% be one of the places I miss the most! I trust them with my smile & both of my Young kids as well! Even handling billing is a breeze, They work with you, not against you! I’ll recommend my family and friends here again and again! Thank you Redbud staff, never change, you all are doing fantastic!

I have always been apprehensive going to the dentist but not since I discovered Redbud Dental all of the staff is very friendly and helpful with all my concerns. I have been attended by Dr Abe and Dr Peck and have been very happy with both of them. I especially appreciate Angela, Crystal & Isabella they have all gone above and beyond to make my appointments pleasurable!!

The appt itself took quite awhile however if that were the only issue, I wouldn't complain. The reason I decided to do a review is the process of running my insurance was/is a little sketchy. They charged me over $60.00 for a regular cleaning, which I thought was strange, but went ahead and paid. After I left, I had a text message asking for my insurance information. (so they charged me a copay without ever running my insurance!) I gave them all of my insurance information (company, state it's from, and ID number, even though my insurance company told me they would only need the company name and my social to pull my information) and a three weeks later I JUST GOT ANOTHER BILL FOR TERMINATED INSURANCE. I can not comprehend how such a simple thing has been such a difficult process for Red Bud. After I make sure they actually run this claim like they are supposed to and I get a refund (cleanings are covered, I shouldn't have a copay), I will never come back to this dentist. 0/10 absolutely would not recommend.

Checked in for my appt during covid mask times. Was told to wait in my car. After 45 minutes in the heat I left. An hour and 30 minutes later I received a call from them asking if I was still there. I laughed and told them my time is valuable and I left. They just lost a patient. She offered me a apology and said there was an emergency, (which was a lie come to find out) and a free teeth whitening to compensate after getting permission from the dentist stating I was a valuable patient. If I was so valuable why didn't he call me. He had time. While I was waiting in my car I saw him out the side door chit chatting with some guy. Plain and simple. They forgot me. The most irritating part is I live an hour away. So 1/2 a day wasted waiting and driving.
The time before this appt. I had a bad tooth removed and the dentist assistant hit my jaw so hard with whatever tool they use to break the tooth. Jarred my jaw so bad it hurt for almost 2 months. After my procedure which was like 15 minutes, I waited for an hour before someone came back to take off my bib and check me out which took another 10 minutes.
Also pretty sure my insurance and myself were screwed with there pay system. They are real sneaky. Be careful of your charges.
They do not care about patients time. ABSOLUTELY A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

Very long story short.... I liked the doctor but the front office staff is very rude and unwilling to help. Was suggested that I get a 800$ procedure and 2 other dentist told me it was not necessary. Very disappointing multiple times. Coming From somebody who likes to look at Google reviews a lot I definitely recommend not going to this dentist

I recently moved to OKC and was looking for a new dentist. A friend recommended Redbud, knowing my fear of dental work. She had said the staff were extremely understanding with her fears as well. I had my first appointment last week and all the staff and Dr. Peck were kind, professional and welcoming. Highly recommend!
