I have incredibly bad dentist anxiety, and everyone there makes the experience so amazing for me. The ladies at the front are always kind and helpful. My hygienist is such a wonderful woman. She is kind, and caring. The Sheppard family is wonderful no matter who I see. They always try their best to put me at ease. I highly recommend choosing Sheppard Family Dental.

Not bad. They are a bit more expensive than other places, but their staff is great, the waiting room very clean, two areas to sit in, one where there are books/fits for. Children
Many waiting room free crowded. These aren't. Not that I've ever waited that one.
The doctors are all nice. I miss Dr shepherd but then you eventually have to reture
The office has the older feel, at least walls between the rooms, unlike many who have drapes.
Overall, I have a pleasant experience.

Very clean, friendly staff. Wish they had sedation. Took plenty of time to reassure me and make sure I was numb. I asked for extra pillow and they were very accommodating . Asked for Tylenol 3 rather than just Motrin and we also decided on an antibiotic as there was an indication of infection.. They won’t get a 5 out of me till they can knock me out but otherwise they were outstanding

Dr Scott Shepard is amazing hands down. I have a great fear of dentist and people messing around inside my mouth but he puts my nerves at ease. He always tells me what he’s going to do so I’m prepared for it, he’s great when it comes to emergencies too. I would recommend him to any person, which in fact I have many times. I will never use another dentist as long as I live in this area. The whole staff is amazing and so kind, friendly and caring.

I cannot speak highly enough of this practice. Dr. Scott Sheppard and the rest of the team are all fantastic. Every person at the office (receptionist, assistants, hygienist, etc.) are a delight. They truly care about you as a patient, take the time to explain everything they are doing, and give ample opportunity for questions. After my last appointment (2 fillings) Dr. Sheppard called me personally that evening to ask if I was doing okay, now that is customer service. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

The absolute best experience I've ever had at a dentist's office. The office staff is wonderful. Dr. C. Sheppard is knowledgeable, professional, caring, and compassionate. To say I have "anxiety" when visiting the dentist is an understatement. Dr. Sheppard and Dottie went above and beyond to make me as comfortable as possible. Thank you all so much. I've definitely found my permanent dentist.

My husband and I moved to Fort Sill about a month ago. We were looking off post to find a dentist for routine cleanings etc.
This dentist office is stellar. The staff is extremely friendly, the dentist is so knowledgeable and kind! The first visit is a thurough tooth, jaw, and gum inspection. The doctor takes the time to listen to you, go over any questions etc. and makes you as comfortable as possible.
I was blessed to snag a cleaning right after my tooth investigation. My dental hygienist did a great job. They even fixed my permanent retainer that needed some bonding.
I have found where our family will be going. I encourage you to see them if you’re looking for quality dentistry.

I am a new patient. I was really nervous about leaving my dentist, but I'm so glad that I did. When I say this team is AWESOME🙌🏾 that is definitely an understatement. Hannah, Marcy, and Dr. Scott are so warm🤗. Felt like I had been going there for years❤. And the ladies at the front desk are so helpful☺. LOVED my experience! Today was my first time here and I was so impressed with my overall experience. ALL the staff was sweet, professional, and welcoming. The office was very clean and inviting. My dentist was thorough and VERY informative. She wanted to know what I was wanting from a dentist and as a patient. She listened to my needs and was very understanding when I told her I had anxiety about going to the dentist. From what I’ve seen as far a pricing it’s comparable to other local dentists. I highly recommend this dental office :)

Fantastic service as always. The staff is super friendly and make you feel like family. They have three doctors who are very accommodating to your individual needs. Each dental work are is private (no open bay work area here.) They are a local family run business, not a conglomerate. They will even give you a personal call the evening you get a dental procedure just to make sure you doing okay.

Chipped a tooth and was given an immediate appointment. Always a great experience.
