Although there is a new lady working in the office. Her name is Amanda. She is very rude! I don't quite understand that because everyone else there is so nice.

While getting a filling, Dr. Ernie Sheppard dropped chemical (tooth desensitizer) into my eye. This caused me to be in pain and discomfort for days afterwards. I was advised by my eye doctor to go to the emergency room to check for chemical burns and scaring. I understand accidents happen, but Dr. Sheppard nor the office staff did anything to try and rectify the situation. I was crying and in pain and frankly traumatized when I left the office, and all they offered was a “sorry”. My family and I will never return to this office nor will I recommend them to anyone.
