If you have a toddler age child that needs anything other than a dentist to look at them for 30 seconds and leave, they will just charge you for an "exam" and tell you you need to see a real pediatric dentist. They knew our issue when we made the appointment, and no new information came out of the appointment, but they waited until we came in to take our money and let us know they can't actually do anything, only a pediatric dentist could.. they call this a referral, which you must pay a fee for.. it's actually a scam. They knew what our issue was and could have easily told us this is how they handle it. Instead they take your hard earned money for doing nothing. That is the definition of a scam. They would not do a cleaning, or address any issues we made the appointment specifically for. Why would you expect to get paid for doing absolutely nothing other than wasting someones time.
