To give 5 stars, leave no room for improvement. Buuut this location is perfect. Maybe it was because I was new patient there but they really made me feel important. The Hygienist was very informative. The atmosphere was welcoming, and it all began upon our entry with the receptionist. Just a pleasant experience all the way across the board

I am really impressed with Dr Case, he worked me in and was extremely and caring. Truly thankful he was up front with treatment plan and didn’t offer the most expensive treatment, saved me money. You dont see that a lot anymore. Truly impressed!

I went to the dentist Depot in Moore the dentist person would not fix my tooth he refused to fix it he told me that I should have stayed at Dental Depot off of Tecumseh he asked me that I should have stayed there he doesn't understand why I came to Moore I will never go back up there
again all I wanted was my smile back for at least a couple months until I get my income tax but they want to charge me $1,700 for two crowns and I live off of disability.

The Dental Depot saved me. I was having severe tooth pain. And unfortunately my regular dentist is closed on Friday/weekends. But Dental depot was able to get me in on a Saturday to perform a quick root canal. Everyone was so kind. This was my first ever root canal. And it wasn’t bad at all. Compares to getting a cavity filling. Just the day after getting procedure, I’m feeling much better with minimal pain. We are very fortunate to have Dental Depot!

I had not so good experiences with other dental places & was skeptical when I made an appt for here & also the appt date was so far out (which I understood). However, they put my son on the earlier waiting list & we actually got in really quickly. From the ladies at the front desk to the assistants & the doctor,, EVERYONE that works there is sooo friendly & very caring & fast. We were not there very long!!! We found our new dentist home! Best experience I've had since my kids were younger. Thank you guys! 🙂

Showed up to my confirmed appointment at 1 p.m.. Sat there for 45 minutes, never got called back for my cleaning. Went to the desk and asked what was taking so long. The lady at the desk said your appointment is not until 3p.m.. I showed up at 1 pm to a confirmed 1 pm appointment, done all the paperwork and was never once told my appointment was at 3 pm. Also I scheduled this appointment 8 months ago, poor customer service on scheduling appointments. Will be taking mine and my families business elsewhere.

Had my bridge put back on 2 weeks ago. It falls off again. Had to come back made appointment for 10 am waited a hour to be seen. As I watched other patients being helped that came after I did. Some that were new patients and had to fill out there info on there tablet. Finally got brought to the back. Waited a additional 30 minutes. To be told they need to numb me because my gums grew over one of the teeth so it would of just came off again. So I think they are going to do the work that day. Then I am told no have to re-schedule. So I ask if I can have my Bridge back and I will try another office. Then the DR. comes back and all of sudden he can fit me in. He didn't charge me but that's not the point the work should of been done right the first time and if you make a appointment at 10 it shouldn't take a hour to see you then wait 30 minutes to be told you will have to re-schedule than when you tell them you will go to another dental office they magically can squeeze you in now.
