My daughter has one decayed tooth and the filling fell out last weekend. We scheduled an appointment with this office and went there from Norman. The staffs are good, quite friendly. That nurse (sorry for not remembering her name) took pictures carefully. Till that moment, we felt good. Then that doctor came and told us 3 teeth needed to be pulled out with my daughter taking shots to keep numb. I was shocked as I heard the result and he did not give any detail and explanation, not trying to save them.Fortunately they couldn’t do it and gave me a list of other dental offices which are professional in pediatric dental service and could do the operation. I hesitated a while and didn’t make that call since I intuited there could be some repairing on them and maybe I could consulted other offices. So I did and my daughter’s 3 teeth are saved at least so far, since the new doctor suggested we keep them as it is,while they don’t bother my daughter and may come out naturally some day. He told us If she got hurt, he may take further action. That’s seem more reasonable and easy to accept. One star for the diagnosis and one more star for staff service.

Christen was AMAZING!!! She was so great and so attentive to my kids! She answered all of my questions and gave me a list of specialist that take my kids insurance. I’m very impressed with her! Seriously I’m never taking my kids ANYWHERE else because of how amazing Christen is. She went above and beyond. She was so patient with my kids too. We will definitely be back to see her!

I had my best experience ever At a dentist office! This location in Moore is like one big happy family from the moment they answer the phone to when you walk in the door and when you leave after your procedure!! I was told at another Highly recommended dentist office that I needed to go to an oral surgeon to have my tooth pulled! After meeting their staff and doctors they told me they could pull my tooth any day with no problems. I will never go anywhere else but Dental Depot!!

The cleanliness of the office was phenomenal. Staff wipe down the tablet before having me fill out paperwork. I was able to see them per plastic and clean the machine right after use. And I can’t forget how friendly all the staff was and making me feel welcome but I would definitely recommend this Dental Depot to others, friends and family.

WOW!!! DDS. Case was Awesome & Amazing, as well as Everyone who worked there too! I have been trying to find help with getting dentures, after my old ones had been broken 3 times & were no longer repairable. Plus use the Sooner Care program & ended up finding Dr. Case at the Dental Depot. What a wonderful & nice, clean place too! Everyone there was So Nice & Polite & patient w/ me, -since I’m handicapped & am pretty slow. But they were Outstanding. I’m so grateful, Yay!

Didn’t put any effort into my sons first dental visit. Didn’t even try to brush his teeth. Assistant seemed unhappy couldn’t even hardly smile at my 2 year old. But at least the dentist was kind even though it didn’t seem right that he hardy looked at his teeth. I told them he hasn’t been using fluoride they went on a whole thing about how that was good then they gave me a pre-made tooth brushing kit and I asked them if he could use the toothpaste with fluoride and he took back everything he said because it was kids toothpaste? Even though it has fluoride and he went on a whole thing about fluoride. Also the assistant called him a girl after we had been saying he the whole visit. I thought maybe she just had a bad day but I saw another review about her attitude as well. So. Do whatever you want with this information but we will be switching locations. Just seemed weird. We were super excited because my son is OBSESSED with trains and loves brushing his teeth. 🙃

Great experience! Specially if you have a fear somewhat of dentist this place eliminates the fear. Great service walking in. Dental assistant was great and made me feel very comfortable and the doctor/Dentist was great. Makes me happy knowing I will be going back for all my dental needs! They don’t look at your skin color they treat everyone with hospitality and care!

The service was good. The only reason for the lower rating is because it is very clear they are more important to getting their payment upfront before the service. I do understand a business must protect their account receivable however there approach to this isn't very inviting.

Have your staff do better in explaining things. Came in to get one of my cavities refilled. The dental assistant handed me a paper pad, told me to initial here and there and then sign. She didn't explain what I was initialing or signing for. She didn't bother to tell me to read it before signing, just initial and sign. She then told me to uncross my legs and slip my arm out of my sleeve. Once she realized I wasn't wearing a shirt under, she then said, I'll just take your wrist then. Wrist for what? She could have told me she was going to get my blood pressure. Then she stuck something in my mouth and told me to bite down for a few minutes. I work as a provider in healthcare. I know what is expected but I guess dentistry is different.

I used to love this place. I stopped going for a couple of years due to the distance from my house. After visiting closer dentists and not feeling satisfied I decided to bite the bullet and return to Dental Depot. Mind you when I get appointments , and there’s 7 people in my family, it costs me $40 round trip in gas. On my first appointment back, that I had just scheduled 2 days prior, I walk through the greatly looking forward to that appointment, and the told me they had to cancel my appointment and we’re unable to reach me. It takes over an hour to drive there, and I have to arrange for someone to not only be at the house with my children, but also for my father. So I will be canceling appointments for the remaining 6 people in my family. I can’t understand how the world has become that clients are treated like numbers more than people.
