Gentle Dental Moore

Just want to recognize Naomi (Hygienist) at the Moore Gentle Dental for being an awesome person! She is a very sweet and caring employee! She is so friendly and makes her patients feel comfortable! She is such a genuine person! Also...I definitely recommend Dr. Berry for your dental needs. She is an excellent dentist! Very pleasant and friendly!! The staff at Gentle Dental is the best!! They care about the patients and it shows! Thanks for all you do!!

Leticia is an amazing assistant, that helped me and answered all my questions and kept me calm during my procedure. Dr. Yeary is a wonderful dentist and I would recommend him to anyone needing a amazing dentist. Ashley, Beverly, and Patricia are amazing at the front and helped figure out all my insurance information and payment options. Dayshell and Olivia kept also checking on Leticia and me and to see if everything was okay. This office is amazing and even though I know I have more dental work ahead of me, at least I know I'm in great hands! This is office is ran so professional from the time you make a call, to the time you walk in and sit the chair, until the time you exit. This office takes care of you and you can tell the office works and flows very well.

I had a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!! The office is very clean, smells good and they have cool décor! Especially the beautiful art work and the holiday theme décor! The office also had goodies for the patients! Donuts, coffee and juice! What a way to show great hospitality! The ladies in the front, Bev and Que were exceptionally nice and professional! When I called to schedule an appointment, Cailtin greeted me with a smile, over the phone! Dr. Berry was very informative with my treatment needs! She told me what I truly needed! Which made me feel they were not out for money but looking out for my dental needs. The dental assistants were professional and checked on me and my children! All of the hygienist were so gentle and full of knowledge. Bailey was sweet and explained what she was doing from start to finish! I am just thrilled to be apart of an office that has a private practice feeling!!! Thank you Gentle Dental for taking care of me and my entire family! My children loved it and the goodies as well! And thank you for referring my children to Dr. Rios for a FREE CONSULTATION appointment! Kim and Ashley were so nice! And they offered me Care Credit! Talk about a life saver! And the ortho assistants were sooo Sweet! We can get our cleanings and ortho treatment done in one place!!!!!!

I have been coming to this Gentle Dental now for 3 yrs or so and the service has been nothing but amazing. I came to them for assistance due to repercussion of poor dental work accomplished by another dentist. They were very understanding and compassionate. They worked with me with on payment options and I never felt pressure to have any work done. It was always when I was able to. I will admit unfortunately they have had their fair share of Dentist to come and go, but even with that and the number of years considered I can say it has only been two unfavorable situations. I will give a shout out to Ms. Olivia who is my favorite Dental Assistant (hopefully that is right. I am always trying to promote her..LOL). Olivia you are the BEST! I do appreciate them all. It was my first time going to this dental office and everyone was so friendly! Que the business assistant was so professional and greet me with a smile! She knew a lot about insurance and the money! Dr Berry was AMAZING! And so was Naomi the hygienist! The atmosphere was fun and pleasant! The office manager, Toni, was super friendly and gave me a nice appointment reminder call! I will be sending my friends to this office!!!!!!

A very busy place! Arrived to Halloween decorations and friendly smiles. It was my first visit...and though I did have to wait quite a while before I was called back to receive service...everything was perfect there after. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Dr. Berry, Sheryl, Bailey and more made the visit as pleasent as Dentist appointment could be. I highly recommend this establishment.

Dr Berry & staff provided me with the usual great service during my teeth cleaning & check up today! My whole family comes here & they make them all feel comfortable & pain free.

7/31/19-So glad Dr. Berry was able to fit me because of my tooth ache! She reassured me of what was going on and got me fixed up quick! This office is so comfortable and reliable. They even started offering drinks and snacks while waiting. Toni helped me with my payment options! I recommend this office to anyone needing a great dentist and a friendly staff!

2/7/19-I was so happy that Gentle Dental was able to fit me in today because of my painful toothache. Patricia, at the front desk, was very friendly. Dr. Yeary and his assistant Olivia were very understanding about my nervousness and eased my mind about getting a root canal. I was thrilled they were able to do the procedure the same day. Dr. Yeary took his time and explained everything he was going to do before he did it. Even though it was hard for me to get numb, Dr. Yeary and Olivia were very patient with me. I would recommend Dr. Yeary and Olivia to anyone whose looking for a great dentist!

12/31/18-I visited Gentle Dental today to get my teeth whitened and had a great experience. Olivia helped easy my concerns with my sensitivity issues with my teeth and helped keep me relaxed while in the chair.

Sheryl Clark was amazing. I am someone that has been terrified of dentists to the point of have to take anxiety meds and she make me feel wonderful. She talks to me and tells me what she is doing and is sweet and kind. The entire staff is wonderful and amazingly helpful. They offer things that will help my teeth and gums and tell me how to use them and why it’s good. They don’t try to get me to do things just to make money. The office is always spotless and comfortable. They gave me a blanket even when I was cold. Please use them, they are AMAZING!!! Five star.

My appointment for dental cleaning was at 10:20 am. Around 10:30 they took me to the work area. I waited seated in the chair 30 minutes and no one showed up. Finally the person came and cleaned my teeth. After the work was done, they took X-Ray of my teeth and said Doctor will come and talk to me. Waiting another 30 minutes. I decided to leave. Not a good experience and staff doesn’t care about patient experience
