My daughter and I have had consistently excellent service over the past several years at Gentle Dental, including their Orthodontics team, at their Moore location. No problems with scheduling appointments or having your questions answered. Dr. Rios and Ashley in particular have gone the extra mile to ensure my daughter has a great smile!

Awesome experience, from the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out, the receptionist with the braids, Bailey, dr. Barry, and miss sheryl, were all ABOVE and beyond EXCEPTIONAL, I’m happy my old dentist stopped taking my insurance!! This is DEFINITELY the place to be for ALL you dental needs.

I had an appointment on July 29th at Gentle Dental. Sheryl Clark, RDH, was my hygienist. Sheryl made me feel so comfortable and helped me relax while she was cleaning my teeth. My teeth felt so good after having the cleaning. I'm not sure how long she has been a hygienist but I know she must have been been doing it for several years because she did such a good job on my teeth. She was very professional and friendly in a way that made you feel that you were the only person she had to help that day, and I believe she treats everyone that has appointments with her that way. It is really nice to see someone like Sheryl that can make you relax especially when you are at the dentist. You leave the dentist office feeling like you have a good friend in the dentist office. I was always scared of going to the dentist growing up and had some bad experiences when I was young so I didn't go to the dentist for several years but meeting Sheryl and the staff at Gentle Dental has shown me they are there to help you and make you as comfortable as you can be while you are in the dentist chair. So glad she is the hygienist for Gentle Dental. Thank you!

All of the people who I interacted with were so kind and did great work. I am sorry to hear the dentist that treated me is relocating but I hope she has a great life. The assistants were all very kind and had a good sense of humor.

It was my family's first appointment here and we are in love with the friendly and professional staff here at Gentle Dental. The office is cleaned and they offer free drinks and snacks while waiting. Checking in was a breeze. Beverly got us all our paperwork and verified our information to make sure it was correct for insurance, which is really important to me. Bailey got my child back and of course it was their first visit. Bailey was great with taking xrays on them and Olivia did a great job with brushing their teeth. Patricia the hygienist was sweet to all of us. This is definitely a kid friendly office! Caitlyn got me and my spouse back and quickly got our xrays done. Dr. Berry gave us the full treatment and told us exactly what we needed. Que went over everything with us, what our insurance covered and didn't and what our options are. She even offered care credit, which we got approved for so easily. We were so pleased that they were able to offer us same day treatment! Ashley and Dr. Berry were so quick with my work and it didn't hurt at all! I'm so glad that a friend recommended Gentle Dental to us. Toni even got our family setup with Dr. Rios for our FREE ortho consult! This office is so pleasant. We recommend this office to anyone looking for great patient care.

Every time I come in, they are so nice and friendly. Dr. Brown always makes me comfortable and is hysterical to talk to. He makes sure I'm numb enough before every procedure and double checks throughout. They always print off the costs and make sure I know how much I will be paying and its never an outrageous amount. And I don't feel pressured to get all my dental work done at once. They work with me and are fine with however much I want to do at a time. I appreciate this office for giving me such a good dental experience every time!

Nice people and they earned an extra star for trying to be helpful. I'm not happy with them right now because I drove in from Mustang to take an early appointment they had called to offer, only to find out they couldn't give the care I needed in that appointment and I had to reschedule for two separate dates. It was very upsetting and the beginning of a rotten day.

If I could give this office a no star rating I would. I did not like how the office was set up and you could hear everyone's business. The doctor I had did not accurately notice 2 cavities only existing fillings that needed redone. Suggested a procedure that could mess up my teeth and cause further problems. Was not sanitary at all! Failed to actually clean my teeth because the hygentist was to busy then and couldn't fit me in later on in the day. I am very unhappy with the services I was provided and will not be going back. So glad I got a second opinion before going ahead with his suggested treatment plan!
