Robin, Dr. Rios, Ashley, Frankie, Claudia, and Kim are amazing people. My daughter looks forward to her ortho appointments and is actually sad that her time in braces is ending. She looks so forward to her time with this amazing team!! They deserve all the stars!! They are definitely the Rock Stars of orthodontics!!

Some of the staff are very informative and friendly. But I have had several problems with other staff not telling me anything about what was going on. Their insurance staff was amazing. The problem seems to be some staff not realizing they might need to explain their procedures. They are so used to how things work, they don't even think to ask if the customers know what they are paying for. The first time I went here, they scheduled my bi-yearly cleaning as some sort of extensive treatment and the insurance wouldn't cover it. I had to pay the entire balance.

Sheryl and Bailey were extremely friendly and informative throughout the entire cleaning. Excellent staff at the front desk as well. This will be my new dentist office going forward.

I have the worst week ever, and then my crown fell out which happens to be in the front of the mouth area. I was desperate to get my teeth looked at before the Holiday weekend. The staff at Gentle Dental was kind and compassionate and did everything they could to hold me over the holiday. I am still in the process of getting a bridge completed and I might had spent my entire day with them yesterday but they jumping through hoops to make sure that I am getting what I need until mu insurance comes back with a quote. Dr. Miller and her staff are one of a kind, from the front office to the back these ladies will go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy.
Words cannot express the gratitude I have for each and everyone of them..

Completely incompetent staff. When I went for my appointment they had no clue as to why I was there even though I confirmed via there website and on the phone for a cleaning. The billing coordinator gave me a medical form to sign that was not my information. It was another patient's. Then I was informed that I owe 350 from February of 2018. I never received a statement or any notification that I owed money. I called the insurance and it looks like Gental Dental submitted incorrect and insufficient information. I have not heard an apology. I will never go back. Also there is never a consistent staff. There always seems to be new people. I do not recommend.

I have been going to this Gental Dental location for several years now and have finally decided to switch dentists. The issues I faced while using this location were very high turnover in staff, billing issues, scheduling issues, and rude staff. I have no doubt if you choose to do business with this practice you too will, at some point, experience some or all of what I have described here. It's a shame, but I would recommend looking else where.

This is my second time to see Dr. Yeary, had a filling today, it was a great experience. His assistance Leticia was fabulous, very informative and friendly. Ashley and Bev are friendly and helpful. Leticia is also assistant to an Oral Surgeon at this location. I would highly recommend.

I have no problems with the staff. The staff was wonderful. I started attending gentle dental back on 2014.. i had always told them to bill me and as soon as I got my bill, I paid. Never late. I recently came in to get a root canal and another exam and cleaning and they said it would be around $400. And I had to atleast pay half then or I couldn't get it done... that had never been the case. She said they just started having to pay in full at the time of service. I don't have care credit. So I couldn't get a cleaning or nothing because I wasn't able to pay half my bill. Spent over 2 hours there for nothing. For an exam. Their website still states they accept payment plans to best suits your needs. I asked to pay $100 a month and she said no. I would need to reschedule when I was able to pay in full. I'm now
Forced to find another dentist that will let me have a payment arrangement. I'm sorry but I need ONE root canal. I don't ever have $400 to just throw at once. I've never not paid. It was just very discouraging that they expect people to pay in full for their services done, even their larger ones.

I enjoy the dentist and the dentist tech, they've done pretty good work on my teeth. Have had a few complications but nothing out the norm. But they're Customer service at the front desk is not the greatest...

Normally I have a good experience. Just this once I felt rushed. I had x-rays, a cleaning, and then the dentist came in to take a look. I was in and out in 20-25 mins. Normally I'm at least there for 45-1 hour. I just felt rushed and felt it wasn't thorough enough. Most of the time I'm happy with my experience though
