Went in for routine cleaning and checkup. The office staff were sweet and inviting. My hygentis was very sweet efficient, painless and quick. Dr Brammer and his staff always do their best to make sure every appointment is as comfortable and pleasant as possible, and they're always so friendly that I love going to see them! I had a very good experience at this office. The hygienist (I can't remember her name) was very kind and personable. She told me a little about herself while she cleaned my teeth and I really like that. She also communicated what she was doing, and why as she moved through the cleaning process, and gave me instructions on how to better care for my teeth with no judgement.
That was probably my biggest concern/fear going in.. I haven't been to the dentist in years, and was a little self-conscious about the health/cleanliness of my teeth. The hygienist explained that she sees a range of patients and actually enjoys a challenging clean (which was kind and light-hearted).
The dentist stepped in to do an examination of my teeth and recommend work. At that time he also told me a story about how he himself went without check-ups in his younger age because "that wasn't something his family did back then" it was charming and relatable.
Another thing I appreciated was their transparency of pricing. At the end of my visit the hygienist went over the recommended work with me as well as pricing before and after insurance assistance.
I'm overall very pleased with their work, and no longer hesitant to have people look at/work on my dental care.

Everyone is great at Brammer Dental. They are always willing to listen to concerns and explain, on everything from financing to why a tooth is sensitive. Because of this openness, I have braces and don't feel I was upsold. If you're having a problem with your teeth, they'll do their best to fix it.

Two strikes and then finally a home run. That is how I describe my experience at Brammer Dental. When I first came to the Oklahoma City area, I did not have a dentist and unfortunately went to not one, but two "convenience store" dentist facilities. After the last one, I decided I wanted to find a dentist who was proud to put his/her name on the front of their building and not one that was being operated by a company from who knows where. I searched the web and found Dr Brammer's office-His name, his practice and decided to give it a try as the consult was free. I was amazed. Everyone in the office was very friendly, but more importantly knowledgeable and knew exactly how to "fix" the problems created by the other two dentists. Even his assistants took great care that I did not leave the office until they had completed their work expertly.I walked out knowing that I had finally found a home run. Thanks Dr Brammer. Advice to others is to find a private dental practice.
