Dr Basey and his staff are AMAZING!
I am a 53 year old woman who has been terrified of the dentist my entire life... Until I went to see Dr Basey. He is patient, kind, and sympathetic to my concerns and fears. I have never once had a bad experience.
The staff is amazing, kind, and they are all very polite and fun to talk to and deal with.

I had been with this office for almost 4 years which is 80% of my school year. As a poor student, I paid a lot to care for my teeth. But I was so disappointed that I did not get informed I had a tooth with broken crown before I got my retainer (for 8 years use). If I had known, I would not waste the money in having the retainers at first place, especially for so long. The professional judgement at this office really let me down. Also my partner went to the office to fill a small cavity which did not need root canal at the first place but he ended up in pain after the filling and had to do a root canal with this office. We got no explanation, the office just told us to pay. Who knows if there was an incident happening during the filling? I was super frustrated with how I was treated and even more after they refused to call me back or refund me for the retainers only fitting my previous broken crown. This is not over.

The first time I went there it was fine, they where nice and gentle and the doctor was nice, but this second time I went there it was a different doctor and he was rude and rough with my mouth, talking about how Invisalign causes your tongue to act like it’s a pacifier and that’s why your tongue is at the roof of your mouth instead of below the tools, another words saying my tongue was in the way but didn’t tell me that so how I’m I supposed to know. He kept gripping the top of my mouth and pulling it roughly in different ways. Other than that the lady’s were nice and didn’t do saying wrong. My appt was today 12/12/2022 so whatever the doctors name was that’s what day he was working. I probably won’t be coming back there.
