There aren't enough good things I can say about this amazing staff! My 7 year old needed to have a tooth pulled which we knew could be a traumatic experience as she has never liked the dentist and cries at every visit with her previous provider. At that office we were told due to COVID I would have to send my scared 7 year old back by herself for the procedure. I understand the guidelines and I'm all for following those guidelines when necessary however this did not feel necessary. I was referred to Dr. Dowells office by a family friend. I called and explained our situation and from moment 1 I felt cared for and understood. They were able to get us in 2 days after I called WOW! My daughter felt so comfortable with every single person in the office and so did I. They took their time, made sure my child felt comfortable and in control of the situation. An experience we had been dreading turned out to be a great one. I am so thankful to the staff and Dr. Dowell for taking care of my baby!! We will never go anywhere else EVER!!!!

Everyone at Dowell Dentistry is great! The staff is very welcoming and friendly! I have always been one to have anxiety when visiting the dentist, but not since becoming a patient here. A follow up. I had the crown work completed. Two crowns in the same day. They are wonderful. The staff is exceptional and the dentist is gentle, and caring. They will tell you what they are going to do. Took their time. The dog is the best.

The staff is warm, welcoming, gentle, attentive, and pretty darned entertaining to boot. The cherry on top, Rawley the office dog! Dogs are known to help lessen anxiety, and he does a great job of it.
