Absolutely amazing team at this location. I will never go anywhere else. My cap on my front tooth fell off right before Christmas and everyone was so nice and understanding. While fixing my cap they also fixed the front tooth beside it and then both teeth on each side of the front teeth up top. They gave me a smile that I haven’t shown in over 15 years. I don’t try and hide my smile anymore. I feel like myself again. Then right afterwards we got my wife in because she needed some work and they are taking care of her now and I know she is going to love her new smile. The dentist I believe it’s Judy from the other comments on here she is AMAZING and best dentist I’ve EVER been to. The techs are awesome, MJ is THE BEST, she made sure I was comfortable the entire time, periodically asking me if I was still ok and if I needed anything and is just really good at what she does and passionate. Tori the hygienist is wonderful as well. Just absolutely terrific work and team. Can’t thank you guys enough !!!

Very friendly and very helpful. They have financing as well. Very glad I found them.

New patient. I went in for JUST A CLEANING. My appointment was at 4:30, I got there on time and already had the paper work filled out, didn't get taken back right away, didn't see the dentist right away, didn't get my cleaning done because it was "too late" in the day. I finally got to leave at 6:10pm after telling the billing lady I did not want to pay for bleaching or for 5 "surface" cavities I did not have. I just want my cleaning. They try to sell you things instead of do what you came there for. Can't review on the cleaning because I have to go back next week for that. Lol.

This was my first time visiting Aspen Dental and from the time that I got out of my car it did not go well. I walked to the door to walk in and it was still locked. Why do offices have you as the first person when they are supposed to be open? So I walk back to my car and call inside and get Tasha she said can you come in and do some paperwork. I said I tried to but the doors were locked she apologized and said that they are open now. I walked in and she greeted me and asked me to do my new patient paperwork. However, it was on an iPad machine which I thought was kind of cool. She showed me what she wanted me to fill out so I took it and went to sit back down and fill it out. I was called back a few minutes later by somebody who did not introduce themselves. She told me to go in the bathroom and was my hands so I did. When I came back out she was waiting for me and I told her that they needed some soap in the bathroom. There is a room next to the bathroom and she told me to step between this machine and I turned around and asked her what is it? She said Xray in my head I was like you could have told me what it was you see it everyday but I don't. I thought that it was cool to stand up to get an xray but it was not over. Then she took me directly to the next room where she told me to open and bite approximately 20 times her customer service was atrocious she did not explain anything to me that she was doing. So then she took me to where I was going to have my examination and told me sit down in the chair and someone would be with me soon. There was a girl also in this room and she ask me how was i doing , and I replied that I fine after all that biting down and she replied it happens. At this point I was like maybe I need to leave because these people are about to make me loose it. However, they had a classic on the television so I decided to focus on watching the karate kid. Then Dr. Ross walks in and he actually introduces himself and I was like about time. So he gets down to business and the morning starts to turn around while he examines my teeth. He tells me he can tell which side of my mouth I chew on the most. I was thinking do I do that and the rest of the day I was paying attention. We talk about me and his daughter and have some laughs now names relaxed. He finishes and we talk about a plan for my teeth and it goes very well and we are on the same page. Then the hygienist comes in and she introduces herself as Tory she was super cool and explained everything that she was going to do before she did it. When Tory was finished she told me that Tasha would be in momentarily to get me. I could tell that she even smiled through her mask. Tasha came and got me and we talked about cost and what I had to pay and what the insurance paid. Tasha was very thorough and we set up a plan. So I will be going back a lot because personally I can only get one thing at a time.

I have been to three different offices and the one in OKC off Southwest 3rd is by far the worse . I will not being goin back to that one. I had to get two extractions and I have never had a dentist not put the numbing gel / cream on the area before they use the needle . And the dentist only had someone helping him when he was jamming the needle in my jaw and gums. I felt very uncomfortable ! For someone to pay over $500 at the last visit (07/13/2020) and to be just treated like they wasn’t important and judged .

When I went in everyone was unfriendly with the exception of the Hygienist and tue fill in Dentist for that day. I waited over an hour to see someone and I had to complain to get someone In the room. Now 3 hours later and still waiting on a treatment plan with a bib thing on with blood on it and still no one coming to speak with me. Not very pleased at all. They need training on friendliness.

I used aspen when in NH great service and dentist. Moving to OK not so. Too many GOOD dentist come in ever sent to remote areas or didn’t like them and done they fired was dentist that retired from their own practices of 30 yrs experience main point You never see the same dentist you start out with. FORGET aspen dental I only want one dentist the dentist I STARTED out with excellent now dentist FORGET IT. LOTS OF DENTISTS IN OK. MY SUGGESTION SHOP AROUND

My first experience with Aspen Dental was yesterday. Everyone I came in contact with was professional and compassionate. I need dentures and they walked me through the experience. They will have all of my family's business from now on.

Was not met with condescending attitudes for the shape my teeth were in. Preferred the practical approach to dentistry for my specific needs. My practical requests for my dental care were worked in to care plan that works for me. Never have I had a Dentist work with my requests and needs. If I had care like I have experienced so far with Aspen, my teeth wouldn't be in the shape they are now. Procedures still to come and will write another review post procedures.

My first visit I was very apprehensive about going to the Dentist due to past experiences. I got to a point where I no longer had a choice. Saw Aspen Dental ad on television, so I started researching. I liked what I was reading about Aspen Dental, so I made an appointment. From the minute I walked in, to the minute I walked out, I was treated with the upmost respect. Melissa and Dr Randall made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns They walked me through each step, gave me options for treatment, and let me have a say in my treatment.

My second visit was a good experience also. Dental Hygienist Lindsay, treated me with the upmost care, made me feel umportant to her, and walked me through the steps as she cleaned my teath. She too listened to all my concerns and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure.

Im having a lot of dental work done and I'm very glad I chose Aspen Dental. Dr Jones, Stacy, Lindsay and Tommi have been wonderful. The care you get is exceptional. Thank you... I'm looking forward to the end result!
